I seem to break out when I use a more moisturising shampoo, and if the product has more chemicals in it I get a bad reaction…so I try to go natural where possible…as I have only one body in this life time…I do have to look after it…and not expose it to to many toxins.(I know their everywhere…but it`s better to take the safer alternative)

Try not to use soap, use shower gel with a scrubbing cloth. My husband used to get pimples all over his back. But he started using shower gel and scrubbing cloth as suggested by a skin specialist. And now he doesn`t get that problem anymore.

Have you ever tried using Benzac?
Its a cream you can get from the chemist (no prescription required) thats really good for clearing up pimples.
It comes in a few different strengths 2% for the face and 5% and 10% for other less sensitive areas.
Be careful though as some people are allergic to it so it might be best to talk to the pharmacist before buying some I think its about $10 a tube.
It one of the best things Ive ever used in all the hundreds of products Ive tried to clear up my skin.

Hi Bexie, I know we talk a lot about Clinique but I know they do have an all-over body spray to fight those blemishes.
Pimples on your butt? Try not to moisturise this area excessively and try the Clinique product above.
