Body Lotions
I have tried several of the supermarket body lotions and most work pretty well for the money – at the moment I’m into the Dove Pro’Age – what do you suggest?

StIves is great – not expensive and really does the job. I am using 24 Hour Moisture and it really keeps my legs soft all day. Even with my eczema. I tried Body Shop Hemp Body Butter which was supposed to help for inflamed skin but only made it worse. Now recovering with St Ives again 🙂

As far as supermarket products go the Nivea ageing range is really good as well. I had the neck and décolletage moisturiser and it`s really nice.

I love light lotions with fresh, clean, floral-cream type scents like the scents of Nivea creme, Dove replenishing, and Decleor system corps. At the moment my HG is Dior`s Hydraction body sorbet emulsion because of the scent and because its lighter than the others above. Can anyone recommend other similar lotions in both lightness and scent? Has anyone tried the St Ives Collagen Elastin or any of their others?

I`m a body lotion junkie… I just seem to accumulate them. Not that it makes much sense though because really, I`ve used the Body Shop Body Butter for years and years now. I have really sensitive skin, and prone to ecxema on my legs (especially in the winter) but I truly hate not using scented lotions – Body Shop body butter is sooo soothing, and I can use it without any irritation! My favourite thing to do is to mix up my own scent. Like Coconut and Mango. Or Papaya and Strawberry for a lighter moisture. And because they`re made for different skin types, this also allows me to customize for how dry my skin might be! Perfect I say!

I have, I absolutely adore the cocoa butter shower gel, it`s gorgeous in every way. I`m using up the olive oil one at the moment, but as soon as I see the cocoa one on special somewhere I`ll be grabbing a few bottles!
I`ll be getting the handgel when my current one runs out too.
