How often you hear this. I do sympathise. My daughter had this same issue after bleaching and dying her hair several times, I used Davroe and De Lorenzo combination. As mentioned above I also found this to be fantastic. It did take 2-3 months before her hair looked somewhat normal but it did certainly help. I would absolutely give it a try. Good luck.

I use Fudge`s 1 shot and dynamite. They`re great for helping fragile hair. Also, Redken`s Blonde Glam range is really nice too.

Redken has some super quality products that could be beneficial. That`s what I would use if I were in your shoes.

Loreal make a really good repair range (from salons) that helped improve my hair after a disaster with a dangerous hairdresser and too much bleach! I can`t say enough about it, it saved my hair in time for my wedding. Also use a treatment or mask at least once to twice a week.

I did a hair show for a big leading brand once and they stripped my hair really badly and totally stuffed the condition – it was like steel wool! I tried the Redken Cat treatment but it didn`t do that much, but then everyone is so different… I found the Davroe and De Lorenzo combination fantastic – within 2 months my hair was almost normal again which is amazing because hair is dead and they say that once it is stuffed, it`s stuffed… i beg to differ… 🙂

You poor thing. I have had so many clients come into the salon with the same problem. Dont feel so bad though, some of them actually had a hairdresser do it to them! Ive had my hair go like this too and I used Joico Kpack Shampoo and the Kpack treatment as my conditioner. Before conditioning I sprayed Redken Cat treatment onto my hair first then left the whole lot on for 10mins. Do this routine every time you wash your hair and hopefully you will see some improvement (otherwise it was really stuffed beyond help)…..good luck!

Angela, once your hair feels like jelly it really is pretty much stuffed! You really really need to get lots of keratin back into your hair! I would speak to a qualified colorist but the prognosis wont be good. If you have a Hairhouse Warehouse near you track down a brand called Davroe, they make a brilliant product called `Decoy`, this will get a maximum dose of keratin back into your hair. Also use Davroe`s `Impact`, only use the Davroe shampoos and conditioners until your hair is back on track as all their products have keratin in them and it is the keratin (protein) that you need to get back into your hair. Joico makes great keratin boosting products too. But I almost bleached my hair to this level of damage once too and Davroe really revived it! Google Davroe, they are based is South Australia. De Lorenzo make a great product called `Oil Balance`, which is a cocktail of amazing oils like wheatgerm, avocado, etc, follow the directions on the bottle and it will really give your fried hair a boost. Maybe the hair editor on this forum can give you some other tips. I have bleached hair also and trust me it takes a lot of maintenance and care. Once you have your hair in tip-top shape again can I suggest getting some Aveda Damage Remedy Treatment. This is brilliant and keeps my hair conditioned, soft and glossy! Good luck!
