Blackmores Radiance

Well I finally did it, I brought this pack of Radiance,
the ad just kept flashing out of the corner of my eye,
and kept on telling me to try and buy.
I’m starting it tomorrow, so I’ll let you all know how it is and if its any good,
if I can see an improvement. Its lasts for 28 days/night 56 capsules. Til then..

    goddessmagick,

i am sure your nearest Priceline store will have Blackmores Radiance?
As well as some supermarkets like coles and woolworths.

Sometimes I dont think they list pricelines and supermarkets as the stockists for some reason cos I have found discrepancies with Blackmores and some other brands.

ray_jay you are certainly on the right track with your Omega oils. You will have beautiful skin when you are older if you are only 23 and have already started taking them.

I`ve been on Maxepa (fish oils that are checked for heavy metals etc so as to make sure they don`t have bad levels) for about six years and it`s also good for my joints as well as skin – I`m sporty so I need to look after my joints etc too.

I`ve been meaning to get some flaxseed oil as well as I know this also has the Omega 9 in it which I am interested in. Thanks ray_jay for the reminder! I`ve got to get down to my healthfood shop!

Isle of Thanet, ray_jay`s advice is spot on, i`m a bit older than you both but had considered dropping back to the omegas or flaxseed oil & evening primrose myself. It`s really personal preferance as to what you think will work best for you, at the age you ladies are i don`t think lines/wrinkles are too much of an issue, more a matter of maintaining healthy skin- that`s my main priority!
