Hi everybody I’m just interested as a beauty therapist to know what makes your favorite beauty salon so great and what keeps you coming back for more 🙂

I go to a beautician that is a fair way away (about an hour give or take),I started going to her from a recommendation from my sis in law, and she did such a great job and is so amazing I keep going back. She is a perfectionist and doesn’t let you leave until you’re both happy, is friendly, does exactly what I want and I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else now!

I have been going to my favorite beauty salon for years because the owner is really flexible with opening hours, I work full time so it is very hard for me to make it during normal opening hours of 9-5 but this ladys’ salon is open late a couple of days a week and also open on weekends. She also has really competitive prices and that is also another reason that I will always go back to her.

Loyalty rewards for returning customers, it keeps them coming back if they know they are going to get a better discount or even a freebie with their next visit 🙂

I also like the salon to smell lovely but not overpowering with some relaxing soft music in the background. The salon needs to be the right temperature not too cold or hot just about body temp I guess.I love it when the staff are relaxed and calm and when there is noting screaming at you either colour or sound wise.
My absolute fav is a place that is a bit earthy/natural with no bright lights.

I love going to my salon because I’ve built up a good relationship with my beauty therapist.
She listens to me and always gives me advice when I need it.
The salon always has great monthly deals so it is affordable.

It needs to be a good experience and I always feel that it is when I visit the salon.

Having a salon that smells nice – not chemically! Just a light scent, nothing strong and overpowering. I personally love it when it is relazing, maybe a candle/scented candle in massage rooms etc.

Where the staff listen to what you want! Where they know what they are doing! I like it when they take the time to just be calm in their work, not rushed.

And somewhere I can afford! I don’t go often! I just can’t afford it! So somewhere with good deals and prices, but not a cheap experience.
