Beauty newbie

I’m a total newbie to beauty. Well not really. I’ve experimented with a lot of masacara’s, foundations and perfumes. I really need good tips about the perfect skin rountine, though. My skin is very oily and there are plenty of pimples spouting day to day. Tips very much appreicated!

Captaincheek… I always recommend Revlon colourstay, I love it. It would be great for a formal because it gives good coverage and will last all night. I am very pale too and they have colours that are light enough for me! Also, if she has dry, flaky skin, make sure she exfoliates beforehand and moisturises well. There are two different versions of the colourstay, one is for normal to dry skin, so she might be best with that if she has drier skin. It costs about $36.

Hi Captaincheek, welcome to beauty heaven!
I`ll add to Elmo`s Dermalogica list, I just got a sample of their clay cleanser (I have fairly oily skin), and it`s absolutely fantastic. Takes the oil away without being abrasive, is actually quite soothing on my skin.
