is that how you spell it? i have brown/black softly curled fine hair with sparse highlights. i saw this technique in a mag and i’m interested in getting it done. has anyone had it done/seen it/is a hairdresser and knows more about it?

    it is highlights used for people who want a more natural affect, like Jeissel butchen`s hair (dont know how to spell) and is time efficient as it is done free hand.

    From memory what you are talking about is a type of highlight that is applied to your hair in a sort of “”freestyle”” fashion. The colourist will apply the dye with a brush in a way that gives suits the hair and style. I think it may be spelt bailage or similar.
