WitchyMage, I agree with the scrubbing, maybe scrubbing is too harsh a word, but it`s sometimes difficult to give your back the same exfoliating as the rest of your body. Pehaps invest in a back brush? I seem to have clearer skin on my back when I regularly use a back brush or exfoliating loofah on a stick.

I use my normal face wash to also wash my back when I break out. I believe that thoroughly rinsing off your back after washing your hair is very important, because I think that`s how I got mine originally. I also suggest scrubbing your back as you would your body when taking a shower.

Some sort of scrub would be beneficial. And if you have long hair, try to ensure that it doesn`t get oily. Oily hair is not good at all for pimples.

i use BENZAC AC for all my pimples, i get em on my back too. anything that contain sulphur, resorcin, salicylic acid or mild benzoyl peroxide,
the BENZAC AC has 5% benzoyl peroxide in it, it was recomended by my doctor, they are sold @ many chemists from $12-$20 BENZAC AC also have a face wash too, CLEAN & CLEAR have a face wash called Continuous control acne cleanser it also contains 5% benzoyl peroxide. There is also another brand OXY that have alot of acne products also sold @ most chemists, At first these products do dry your skin out but i found they worked alot , ive been using them for a few years now, hope that helps 🙂

My fiance has Bacne as well, he found that using the Clearasil body wash and a loofah really helped him clear up his skin. Good luck, whatever you try I hope it works for you 🙂
