Avon products?

I won an Avon Nutra Effects pack last week which should hopefully arrive this week, I`ve never tried Avon so I`m excited to give it a try!!

I used to sell Avon too when I was at school, just for extra weekend spending money. So I used to get freebies and that but I don`t like Avon and haven`t used it for years and years and I won`t go back to it. There`s so many other amazing products these days to try out.

my mumma used `skin so soft` bubble bath and oil on us when we were young and i have always had a soft spot for Avon – some of their products are great – i don`t like their perfume but their deodorants and makeup are great – i also like the eye creme – the one with the gel on one side and creme on the other – i think it`s Anew – i can`t think of the name now – it`s like evrything though – it`s up to the individual and how it works for them – i think the skincare is totally acceptable – good luck

ive had hit and miss experiences with avon. I loved the hand cream discomilk talked about in her blog and ive tried a couple of thieir mascaras which were really good. On th bad side: an eye cream that felt like it was burning my eyes, nail polishes that were a bad consistency, a hand cream that irritated my hands and some skin care that was too harsh
in the uk and usa, avon sell supershock eyeliners that are live gel liners in stick form- everyone raves about them, but i dont think they are available in aus 🙁

Ah the eye cream sounds like the one i tried. It was advertised to help with dark circles under the eyes, etc. My eyelids puffed up, became red and so itchy it wasnt funny and they ached…it was horrible. Ive stayed right away from their eye creams since.

I love Avon products although I find their perfumes don`t last too long on the skin. Their foundations are great! They`re really good quality. Their eyeliners (Glimmersticks) are my fave! They have some great products but it`s a shame you can`t try them before you buy; however I think they do have a return policy if you`re not happy 🙂

Im a pretty new avon rep. Just do it at work and if you get a sale of $150 in total you get free things. This time around you get a 50ml fergie perfume. It was pretty easy to get to $150 considering theres like 50 people at my work and they are pretty much all women! I have only tried a few little things, and only really buy the bargain stuff for $2 haha
good luck with it! i really do recommend selling it tho as lots of people do seem to like the brand!

I`ve just started getting into Avon. It seems good so far.. I have a few glimmer stick eye liners, a perfume which was a free gift and doesn`t smell too bad actually.. I wear it for work, Its just a soft vanillary smell and a mineral foundation which I got in the mail today, tried it on my wrist area and looks okay. So far its been pretty good for me 🙂
