i would return it try to get your money back no docket no refund . but because it stinks you mite have a case ? let us know how you go ?

age defying products seem to have that awful smell… it must be the chemicals in it

I would definitely ask to speak to the Manager and would also let revlon know. If the product is defective for any reason, they must give you a refund, full stop. But they will try to tell you otherwise…

Consumer affairs might have a different opinion if you were to speak to them because if they sell a product that is off or doesn`t do what they say it will do then they have to replace it. I guess it is up to you if you want to chase it up. I would even talk to the store manager …. worth a try.

i rang big w , cause i live to far away to drive in and hope for the best .. and the SA said , nope no returns on makeup and she suggested i keep my docket too .. and i was like ..whats the point when u wont do a return on makeup anyway ! lol .

I have obly used the age defying foundation that I love, but sorry never tried the primer to see if it smells funny or not, hopefully someone on here will know about it.

Haven`t tried it myself – the primers I`ve tried don`t stink though – could well be off – I would try taking it back also…can`t hurt to try?

If there is something wrong with it you can return it, and if it stinks that badly it sounds like it might be off.

i got it from big w lol and im pretty sure you cant return make up anywhere once opened?? am i wrong ? plus i didnt keep the docket ..
