a mistake in loyalty gift ??

Hello Beauties!
Well, i`m not sure i can answer this query as well as a few of you just have!
Thank you very much for relaying your understanding on these issues!
It sure makes our job a lot easier!
In regards to loyalty gifts – my signature gift wrap is blue tissue paper with turquoise ribbon and a pink BH sticker, regardless if it is for your purple or turquoise gift!
Also, purple gifts are at least $20 value, but as mentioned it is dependent on what we have available in our beauty cupboards at the time, which is why each gift is unique!
We always try and match gifts to your profile as best we can, but sometimes due to preserving member`s privacy and time restraints this is not always possible.
We hope in that case you see it as an opportunity to pass on your gift to a friend, mother or sister that may appreciate it. As is the spirit of beautyheaven!

you didn`t make a mistake hon you was just being thoughtful of others and didn`t want to steal what you thought wasn`t yours. Mine was done in a lovely light blue paper. Yes gem and GG are right about the paper it`s all the lovely same colour they don`t match the paper to your loyalty status. You will of course look forward to your next gift which is torquoise. The gifts are also are very lovely and so is the ladies of beautyheaven of course and give you products that are over the loyalty gift which is very nice of them. I find anything that is sent in love is a pinch of happiness for me and if it`s not something you like then your best friend, niece, mother may want it and in return the love is spread even more so. Congratulations on your purple gift, I know I loved my gifts I still am all giddy over it and when I think I am feeling a bit weak I think of beautyheaven and go on the computer and burn oil just so I can get the strength. Beautyheaven is something I look forward to do everyday.
On another subject that you mentioned I would love to do something with my brows but don`t know how to do it and don`t know what to use. I am a brunette do I use a pencil like the one you received and what colour and how would I do it?

Sometimes you do get lucky with your gift – although it says purple is a $20 gift – they actually mean worth at least $20 – so it could be over, same with the turquoise gift. Looks like you were just a lucky ducky. And as far as matching to your profile they do try their hardest, but as Alexarose mentioned it depends on what they have available to them at the time, and having over 30,000 members it must be difficult to please us all. Hope you enjoy your gift and congrats on turning a lovely shade of purple 🙂

No they always wrap it in blue/turquoise tissue paper…doesn`t matter what level you get to…thats their signature colour…blue/turquoise…same as the site colour.

Come to think of it I just remembered that my prize pack also came in turquoise colour although at the time I was ranked purple so Im sure it was just a paper issue? However my items didnt add up to that much but maybe BH was just being generous too you to say thanks =)
Getting the pack really excited me, I cant wait to the next one.

I got my purple gift a few days ago and the tissue paper was turquoise too, perhaps they are out of purple.
As BH said in the thanks posts, they do try and match the gifts with your profile, but it isn`t always possible, they have to use what they have available at the time.

Hey well hopefully one of the BH girls can verify if it was a mix up or not as Im not entirely sure as I think any other member will be.
However I was reading another thread and I hope its okay if I quote BH`s Olivia when she said:

So many that explains why you didnt get the colour to match your profile? Im sure it would be great to experiment with.
