What’s the best eyeliner pencil you can use on your waterline?

I want to switch eyeliner brands but need to find a good one that’s soft enough to apply to the waterline and that is longlasting.

I’m currently using a brand called Mikyajy which I purchased overseas and is the best I’ve ever tried and obviously it’s not available here in Australia, so I need to find an alternative.
