RoC skincare

I am 51yo with a dry skin completion & some pigmentation on my face. I have a lot of wrinkles around the eyes & also on my neck. I’ve tried different skincare products, unfortunately none work really well.
Did anyone try new RoC Complete Lift? I’m also considering taking Blackmore’s Radiance Caps in conjunction with the cream. Perhaps someone can advice on a good skincare product that works.
