Another cuppa?

Another cuppa?

Move over green and white tea – there’s a new cuppa in town flaunting its beauty benefits and it goes by the name of ‘Rooibos’.

Pronounced ‘roy-boss’, Vital Organics Rooibos Tea is a Certified Organic, naturally caffeine-free, red leaf tea that hails from the Cederberg Mountains in South Africa and contains one of the most powerful antioxidant compounds around.

Not only is it delicious in flavour (it’s actually my all-time fave tea), and the perfect way to and pump your body full of much-needed free-radical fighters, but when used topically it’s also been known to brighten, revitalise and soothe a range of skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, sunburn and pimples.

So sit back, relax, and have a cuppa – and while you’re at it, why not try these great Vital Organics Rooibos-inspired DIY beauty tips? I know I’m going to!

1.) Soak a Rooibos teabag in cold water and sweep it over your skin for a refreshing toner.

2.) Add two to four Rooibos teabags to a warm bath to soothe and reduce sunburn, dry, itchy skin and body acne.

3.) Revitalise tired eyes by soaking two Rooibos teabags in ice water, squeezing them out, then and placing them over your eyes for a few minutes.

4.) Bring extra shine to your strands by rinsing your hair in Rooibos tea.

Want to experience the benefits of Vital Organics Rooibos Tea for yourself? At the end of this week, we’ll choose six lucky members at random from the comments section of this blog and you’ll receive a pack of Vital Organics Rooibos Tea each, so you can drink and DIY to your heart’s content!
