Pencil Eyeliner

I would try a gel liner they stay put and don’t smudge 🙂

yeah putting it in the fridge definitely helps! Waterproof eyeliners smudge less, my Rimmel one doesn’t smudge at all, but I always prime my eyes and I don’t use eye creams or creamy concealers under my eye..

Agree with Frannybee. I often use a powder that matches the colour of the eyeliner on top and it helps a great deal.

Waterproof liner!! I tend to find that all of my liners smudge a bit unless they are waterproof unfortunately. My Rimmel ones (non-waterproof) are pretty good though. As Frannybee said, priming helps too!

Make sure you prime your eye with something (if you don’t have an eye primer, apply foundation and powder to your eyelids), and once you’ve applied your pencil, use a powder eyeshadow over the top to set it. You can use shadow in the same colour if you want to keep it dark, or you can experiment with lighter colours to see the effects they give over the black.

If it’s under your eye, try to avoid greasy eye creams, as they can make smudging worse. I find that liner under my eyes always smudges unless it’s waterproof and set with a powder. Hope that helps. :o)
