Missha BB cream – I’ve finally found my match!

I’m so excited! I want to shout it to the world!

I love the concept of BB creams, and have been desperately searching for one to suit me. Every single one I’ve tried has turned orange. Not a good look! But I’m please to announce that I’ve finally found one! Thanks to all the lovely ladies here who recommended that I look at Korean brands. I’ve found a wonderful shop in Brisbane that has an amazing selection of all sorts of Korean beauty products. The sales lady was extremely helpful.

Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream has SPF 25, and there’s no trace of orange at all. It’s given me a very light coverage (which is all I wanted) and its evened out my skin beautifully. I’m thrilled to bits!

The shop is called My Cube, at Westfield Garden City, Upper Mt Gravat (Brisbane). It’s one of those ‘dangerous’ shops where you could easily spend way too much money.

I’ve been using Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream for a few years now. I love that it contains SPF42/PA+++ and the way it feels and looks on my skin. I’m not blessed with blemish-free skin and carry a few acne scars on my cheeks but I still get complimented on my skin when I’m wearing this. I’m always excited to try new products but I’ve yet to find a replacement that comes close. Happy to hear Missha is stocked in Australia as I’ve had to stockpile this and many other Korean/Japanese products from my trips to Asia.

Rose, I love your excitement! I’m a fan of Missha creams as well & I have that same BB cream in shade 13. I’m really impressed with it- I find it tends to last a fair bit longer than my normal foundation and the shade is a far better match than any Western product I’ve ever come across.

If you’re in Brissie, maybe take a trip out to Sunnybank- it’s very quickly replacing Chinatown as the place where a lot of the Chinese/Korean/Japanese population hang out. There’s a lot of little stores selling kitschy Asian stuff and the food is AMAZING.

I am in Brisbane. I was wondering if Sunnybank would have a pretty good selection. Driving thru there I’ve noticed that there are a lot of Asian shops. I will definitely take a trip down there and check things out.

Love it! I’ve been meaning to make a trip to Box Hill (in Melbourne) to check out the Missha store. Last time I was there it was too late after work, and it was closed 🙁 The bb creams sound amazing! What shade did you end up getting Rose?

The Tony Moly Peach hand cream is amazing they also make a grapefruit variety that also smells divine.
The cute packaging really appeals to my inner child.

It sure does! They had an apple one too.

I’ve just arrive home from the shops. I went back to this shop for another look. They’ve got all sorts of interest stuff. Make up, skin care, heaps of Étude House stuff, handbags, gadgets, phone covers. I was such a good girl and didn’t buy anything today, but I really really want that pink handbag….
