Administrator Removed Review & I Lost Five Points?

Just wondering if this is just a technical glitch? I’ve had 5 points deducted from my points and also had a review removed but as I did quite a few recently, I’m not sure which one was removed.

I remember something like this happened around a year ago and we all had our points re-instated once Beautyheaven heard this was happening.

Has this happened to anyone else or is just me this time?

    Hello lovely Laura! I can’t locate your email address, so I hope that you see my question here. I submitted reviews for the Mother’s Day period. All of my reviews approved before 11 am on 12 May were given ten points each. After that time, I was given five points each for fourteen reviews.

    I used to work as a secretary and data entry was boring and tedious. Thank you for fixing this problem for all of us.

    Not sure what your email is to get in touch with you directly, so hopefully you will see this 🙂

    I reviewed 7 products for the mother’s day bonus reviews time frame.
    I received the 10 points for 1 of the reviews and 5 points for the other 6 reviews.

    Good luck with reinstating the points manually, sounds like one of those draggy jobs that hurts the head and eyes!

    Thanyou Carli! That’s good to know. I also noticed that I’ve been awarded the usual five points for my reviews for Mother’s Day instead of the 10 bonus that was offered. I’m wondering if something has gone amiss there too and maybe that’s why I had a five point deduction today by accident?

    We had a small glitch with the Mother’s Day bonus reviews, which means some of the reviews approved after noon on the Monday did not receive the double points bonus.

    I am reinstating these manually today. If anyone else has missing Mother’s Day points, please get in touch with me.
