I find that many toners have a tendency to irritate my sensitive skin. This toner, however is refreshing and calming without any harsh ingredients and does the job perfectly. I put it in a little mini spray bottle and spray on to apply.

This product definately softens overgrown cuticles and allows them to be pushed back with ease. Once cuticles are torn and dry, however, it doesn't do much to solve the problem. Bit of an odd smell, but nothing vile. Quite a good product, but will try something else when it runs out.
