I find it quite difficult to get a great sunscreen for my oily skin that isn't more than $40 - Which I would spend but with the quantity of sunscreen you need to properly protect the skin, I just try and avoid spending that much. I really like the cetaphil sun ultra-light lotion because it is really light on the skin but still really easy to apply. Some light sunscreens are like you're applying water on your face, but this one has some substance to it's texture all while still being lightweight As for sun protection - I cannot fault it. I did not do a test where I tried to get burnt while wearing it by any means, but I have not had any issues with sun since using it. This sunscreen works wonders even on my oily skin. I don't see any difference in my oiliness throughout the day when I'm wearing it - which is a feat considering it's a sunscreen! - and it does not alter my foundation application. I really like this sunscreen and will continue to use it.

As an oily-skinned girl, this setting spray was not quiiite what I needed in a spray. The bottle for the setting spray is super luxe, with a gold trim and lovely frosted appearance, and using the product felt luxe - the spray's mist was super fine which I LOVE in a setting spray as it feels more like a mist, rather than somebody spraying a hose in your face. The spray dried fairly quickly on the skin (can also be attributed to the fine mist!) but did not quite meet my expectations from there onwards. As an oily skinned girl, I use a fair bit of powder, and I rely on my setting sprays to bring my skin back to "skin-like" texture, and this one just wasnt intense enough for me to do that. I definitely noticed that this spray did not "set" my makeup quite like others, and my makeup did not seem to last as long as it would with my normal setting spray. Lovely experience, but for my skin type, not a win.

The Burt's Bees lip shine is a great combination of beauty needs, both moisturising and nourishing with a slight tint to help add to your makeup look. When first putting on the tint I noticed it's beautiful sweet scent, but this disappated quite quickly. Upon checking the ingredients, castor oil is the top one, and after the sweet scent disappeared this is all I could taste. Not a bad taste but something to keep in mind. The lip shine feels very nourishing to the lips, and definitely keeps them hydrated whilst wearing it. I find lip glosses a little hard to wear sometimes, so it is not something I would apply as liberally as a lip balm, but it would have the same nourishing effects. The gloss is smooth but is a little bit sticky, so would not be the type of gloss I would wear outside! I do find this gloss very pretty and easy to pull off.

The Glow Lab Age Renew Retinol Booster oil is a great oil-retinol hybrid. Retinol is a great anti aging property, and the glow lab oil uses a natural retinol alternative so I was very interested in it as with standard retinol you have to be very careful with sun exposure! The Glow Lab has a lovely, soft fragrance, which I would compare to the smell of musk stick lollies or marshmellows. The oil definitely has an oily texture - it is not a serum - but it does soak in nicely to the skin. I prefer to use oils at night as I find they can intefere with my makeup as I have sensitive skin, and I found this oil to be very hydrating and soothing on my skin. As for the retinol aspect, i have not noticed any differences to my skin condition as of yet but it can take a little while to notice retinol's affects sometimes. I am hopeful.

I was a bit surprised with how much my skin lapped up this moisturiser! When first opening the moisturiser I first noticed how beautiful the smell was. It smells clean, and fresh, and delicious! The texture is very soft, it felt like it had a serum-y feature to it which was so lovely upon application! I used this moisturiser in the mornings as my night routine involves an oil, and it was beautiful and hydrating whilst still being smooth enough to put makeup on top of (I have oily skin so sometimes moisturisers are too moisturising and make my makeup slip off in a heartbeat). I've noticed a strong improvement in my skins condition since using this moisturiser, and it has lapped up the moisture every time I have put it on, which surprised me! I'm also glad as I have sensitive skin and this moisturiser has been lovely on my skin.

I was stoked to recieve the essano Vitamin C Serum. I love essano as a brand, and they have never failed me, so this vitamin C was a real treat! I have quite sensitive skin that often reacts badly to new products, and to natural products unfortunately I often find myself having allergic reactions after a few days of use, resulting in rash-like blemishes all over the area I applied it to. I have tried Vitamin C before - and it has irritated the heck out of my skin, so I was hesitant, but the Essano Vitamin C serum is gentle and effective! The applicator for the serum is a dropper, which I find a little inconvenient (would prefer a small pump), and the serum is a lovely thin texture of a white tone. When putting the serum on, only a small amount is required, and it spreads beautifully across the skin. The serum sets in quite quickly, and feels soothing and nourishing on the skin. I've been struggling with blemishes of late, and I pick at my skin so I have a bit of red-ish pigmentation on my skin from scars of pimples, and I have found the Essano Vitamin C Serum has improved the appearance of these on my skin already, in addition to it feeling nourished and supple. I'm a huge fan, I cannot wait to see how it helps my skin long term, and will definitely be adding this to my routine.

I've only used thick, heavy heel balms before the NS 8 Heel balm, and I'm never going back! I find for myself a huge barrier in applying heel balms as regularly as you should to see results is the greasy feeling for hours after application that means I have to wear socks around my house... especially in summer when my feet need heel balm the most, I hate the inconvenience. The NS8 heel balm was wonderful as it soaks in quickly, leaving your heels and feet feeling nourished, supple, and soft, without the slipping-all-over-the-kitchen side effects. After using this balm a few times a week, my feet are soft and smooth, without dry skin flakes or cracking, and the grey tinge that this has on your foot skin. I think it shows how easily applied this product is that it will sink deeper into the skin of your feet and be more effective.

The Grow thicker fuller treatment was a great spray in thickening treatment! Firstly I love the spray in method as it is super easy to apply, and I have putting creams through my hair. The spray made it easy to section the hair and spray in each area, making sure I didn't over apply! The grow thickening treatment smells lovely, with an almost citrusy deeper scent, but nothing too overpowering that it lingers too long after use. When spraying in, I let my hair dry naturally (as I always do) and found that it really added a lovely amount of body to my hair, without feeling too product laden. This product would be excellent for me to use when straightening my hair, as it adds body but without the dryness that dry shampoo would normally give my hair. I have not used it long enough to know if it will encourage hair growth, but I am optimistic.

I really enjoyed using this moisturiser! I do have quite sensitive skin that is very prone to dermatitus and irritation, and this moisturiser has been great! When first using this moisturiser the first thing I noticed was it did NOT have a scent -which is amazing! Some "sensitive" or "skin condition targeted" moisturisers have a such a strange scent to them despite being not artificially fragranced, and I was very pleased that this one had no smell at all. I applied this all over both arms, and found that it was so nourishing. One of my arms had recently been tattooed quite heavily all over, and was past the point in healing where it is necessary to use tattoo healing creams, and using this moisturiser was like heaven. It helped moisturise that dry skin, without causing any irritation. On my non tattooed arm the moisturiser was also amazing, one of my favorite things is how easily it soaked in and did not leave a greasy feeling, but still hydrated. I hate greasy feeling! I probably would not have chosen this on my own and am super glad to have been able to given it a go in a trial team!

I really enjoyed the Nude By Nature Perfecting Blur and Mattify Primer. Often I find that when it comes to makeup products, the natural versions are not quite as effective as non-natural versions of similar products. With the Nude by Nature primer I was very pleasantly surprised about how well it worked! The formula is thin, and almost feels like a serum. It's white in colour and spreads easily and evenly. One trouble I often have with mattifying primers is that they drag when applying, and I did not have this issue with the nude primer! After a few minutes the primer has set in on the face, allowing proper time to spread but not taking too long to set. My skin was smooth and mattified allowing for gorgeous foundation application afterwards. I was very happy with the way this primer extended my foundation wear time, even when wearing with a tinted moisturiser it definitely kept the product on longer! I absolutely recommend and will definitely be buying this in future instead of my non-natural mattifying primer.
