First a big thanks to BH for giving me the chance to trial the TRESemme Colour Revitalise Conditioner, I am loving how soft and silky smooth it leaves my hair. I have fine, fluffy medium length hair that I regularly colour so I was happy to find the Conditioner contained vitamin E and Argan oil. After washing my hair and gently squeezing the extra water out of my hair, I used a single pump of this sweet smelling conditioner and applied it to the mid length and ends of my hair before combing it through with my fingers. The pack advises leaving it in for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly, which was not an issue as this is my usual process with conditioner. This Conditioner claims that it maintains the vibrancy of coloured hair and protects hair and it is working for me, I am not finding any increase in breakage and my colour is looking great. The only disadvantage is that I am using more product when styling my hair as it is lighter than my usual conditioner and if I do not style I end up looking super fluffy. This conditioner is made in Australia, comes in a huge white 940 ml pump pack made using recycled plastic, all instructions are printed on the bottle and it is super easy to dispense. I was pleased that the shampoo doesn’t contain any alcohol or parabens and the bottle is recyclable. The seals on the pump pack are not made for the rigours of Australia Post so I would recommend buying locally rather than from a supplier who uses our postal service. It will save on cleaning up a gooey mess.

Given the bottle has 3 times the volume of my normal shampoo and is less than half the price, using a little more is not an issue. I followed up with conditioner which left my hair feeling silky smooth and with a lovely shine. Essano make some lovely reasonably priced products and the Hydrating Rosehip Gel Foaming Cleanser is a lovely soap free facial cleanser. It comes in a generous 140 ml bottle with a easy to use pump and has a lovely light fragrance. A little goes a long way and it works up into a lovely lather. I have skin which has a tendency to be dry and sensitive and I find it cleans beautifully and does not leave my skin feeling dry or tight. Essano recommends following up with toner and moisturiser, I'm a bit slack and just use a moisturiser most days. I like the Essano brand as they use sustainably sourced rosehip, are vegan and cruelty free.

Dermal Therapy Heel Magic really is magic and is also great value for money. I have recently come back to this brand as I noticed my feet were getting really dry and cracking again and because this brand was the one that previously resolved my issues with long term painful cracks and dryness I decided to give this product a go. I use the applicator to rub the thick cream which contains olive oil and shea butter into my feet. Initially I applied morning and night for a week, and saw daily improvement. I am now using it only at night to maintain my lovely soft, smooth feet. I wish I'd had feet looking this good in my 20's.

I love The Body Shop Ultra Fine Bath Lily which comes in a range of colours, is super gentle and great value for money. I have been using bath puffs for some time and find the Lily lasts longer (usually about 6 months) and another advantage is the lily helps to create a fantastic lather so you can use less body wash. Whilst being super soft, it still offers gentle exfoliation and feels much more luxurious than using a washer. I wash mine in a bra bag and ensure they are dried thoroughly after every use and this helps keep them looking good and smelling fresh.

I have to say I love the munchme product range of all natural ingredients slow dry roasted to create incredible guilt free snacks. The Almond Blueberry like all munchme products comes in a resealable pack containing bite size pieces of guilt free deliciousness. The almond and blueberry flavour also contains pumpkin seeds, cashews and peanuts all slow dry roasted together to create little mouthfuls of deliciously nutty crunchy treats just perfect for a mid morning treat or mid afternoon pick me up. The munchme range has an added bonus of being safe for people with Coeliac disease as it contains no gluten. Having 0% dairy, honey, gluten, soy and artificial additives munchme snacks are also great for people with food allergies or sensitivities to these ingredients.

First a big thanks to BH for giving me the chance to trial Elizabeth Arden Advanced Ceramide Day Cream, this is a brand I usually wouldn’t have considered when shopping for skincare so Ireally had no idea of what to expect. I love the look and feel of the packaging, this luxurious day cream comes in a beautiful glass jar with a gold lid (which is partially made from post-consumer recycled materials) which is enclosed in a cellophane wrapped gold box. The printed information and instructions on the box and pamphlet are tiny and it would be great if it was a little larger and easier to read. The jar contains a feather light cream gel which is a similar texture to some of my favourite face masks. I found that this moisturiser spreads easily and is absorbed rapidly, which helps with my rushed morning routine. Fortunately the smell of this cream is fairly light and disperses rapidly as I am not a fan. Personally I don’t believe claims like “lift and firm” as I have yet to find a product that really does turn back time. Having said that I do feel my skin is more hydrated, a little firmer and plumper and that it helps relax the appearance of my fine lines. My skin has a tendency to be very dry when the seasons change, so this is a moisturiser I would consider using again, particularly in autumn and spring. This product looks and feels fabulous.

MOR make lovely long lasting fragrances and I am currently enjoying the Saffron & Cardamom Eau de Parfum which isn't too sweet, woody or spicy either. It is a lovely warm fragrance which showcases the saffron and cardamom with undertones of vanilla and sandalwood. I love the simplicity of the packaging and the bright yellow colour of the box and label which is a perfect match for the autumnal leaves at the moment. This fragrance comes in a lovely 50 ml glass bottle with a black lid which looks great on my vanity. It is on a bit pricey, but like most MOR products is great for a treat or a gift for someone special.

I found that this moisturiser spreads easily, is absorbed rapidly and doesn't leave a sticky residue. I also liked the light floral scent of this cream. Personally I don’t believe claims like “lift and firm” as I have yet to find a product that really does turn back time. Having said that I do feel my skin is more hydrated, a little firmer and smoother and I do wake up with more luminous looking skin. My skin has a tendency to be very dry when the seasons change, so this is a moisturiser I would consider using again, particularly in autumn and spring.
