I found these strips are easy to use and has a great outcome. The instructions are easy to follow and the strips are easy to use and stay on for the time needed. It is a bit painful to remove but that's completely expected and I didn't find it leaving any residue on my skin which is a plus.

I used to use this alot as a teenager as it was the one I always saw around but as I got older I have found there are much better oils out there that have a better outcome. Bio Oil is a bit too thick in consistency for myself and I never liked the smell.
