I was lucky enough to trial this shampoo as part of the beautyheaven trial team. I haven’t really used much of the brand before so I was really keen to try it! When opening the parcel, the gorgeous smell was the first thing I noticed. The products smelt divine, and packaging is really quite nice too. I have long blonde hair prone to tangling and breaking. The shampoo gave my hair a nice clean. I really like when my shampoo lathers a lot - it feels like it is performing a deep cleanse to my hair. Sometimes shampoos can strip my hair a bit too much so that it feels dry and brittle after washing, I didn’t find that this shampoo did this - it was a gentle clean. Very impressed! I found that the product lasted me around 3 weeks - but that’s probably because the bottle is smallish. All in all, I really liked the shampoo.

I was lucky enough to trial this conditioner as part of the beautyheaven trial team. I haven’t really used much of the brand before so I was really keen to try it! When opening the parcel, the gorgeous smell was the first thing I noticed. The products smelt divine, and packaging is really quite nice too. I have long blonde hair prone to tangling and breaking. I found this product helped my hair from tangling to a degree, however upon using for 3-4 weeks I found it to dry my hair out and I noticed some split ends developing. I don’t think it was moisturising enough for my hair and I did notice some split ends developing. My hair felt silky while the conditioner was in my hair but upon drying it became a bit straw like. I did notice that my hair wasn’t as frizzy as normal- which was nice. I think the conditioner, could be used as a detangler or light leave in but its not good enough to use on the daily. Perhaps using the treatment in conjunction with the conditioner the results might have changed.

I was trialling the L'Oreal Paris Sugar Scrubs Glow Scrub as part of the beautyheaven trial team. I really enjoyed the product. The packaging is nice and of quality, the jar is glass and it has 50ml of product packed into it. The product is finely milled sugar and smells a little like the lozenges that you have when you have a sore throat. The smell is probably the one thing that I can say I'm not sure that I love about the product, but its tolerable. The consistency of the product is really nice. I often find sometimes that scrubs can be so gentle you don't feel them, or too rough where it irritates your skin. I found that the L'Oreal Paris Sugar Scrubs, Glow Scrub felt lovely on my skin and was the right level of exfoliation for my preference and skin. In terms of application, it was simple to use and not messy. It stuck to the skin and washed off with ease. Once I rinsed off the product, my skin felt incredible. It was so soft, smooth and it enabled my skin care routine to work wonders over the next couple of days. I know it says you can use it a couple of times during the week, but I'd only use it once a week to start off with and build it up as my skin needed it.

I have been lucky enough to be in the Beautyheaven Trial team for the Schwarzkopf Extra Care Hair Repair Bond Restore conditioner. I used this product in conjunction with the shampoo from the range While I have brunette hair at the moment, I was fully blonde only 4 weeks ago, so my hair is a tad dry and brittle from this process. Firstly I like the packaging, there is something about the purple bottles that just looks high quality and it’s appealing to the eyes. Conditioner thick and creamy, it feels like it really penetrates the hair to help restore the bonds that have been damaged. The downside to this is that I have noticed that I have had to wash my hair more regularly that I normally would as it has been more greasy than normal (which is a bit of a bummer).
I noticed after using the products my hair felt softer, shiny and I had less knots when I was drying my hair. I’ve only been using the range for about a week now, so I cant say that I have a) seen the full results, or b) I’d change to this range – but I’m impressed and will continue to use until I finish the bottles.

I have been trialling the Bondi Sands Application Mitt as part of the Beauty Heaven trial team. I'm a long term fan of the Bondi Sands range and multiple of these tanning mitts in my collection. The mitt is black in colour and one side of the mitt is thicker to help stop the product getting in contact with your hand and I did find that it was a bit plasticity - if that is a word and it felt a bit sweaty. Whilst this is a bit annoying, I do like this feature because there is nothing worse than getting tan on your hand from the inside of a glove! When you disperse the foam or tanning product onto the mitt it doesn't absorb too much of the product so you don't waste it and it also assists in making the application of the product really easy and seamless. I wouldn't say it's the best mitt on the market, but it's pretty good.

I have been trialling the Bondi Sands Ultra Dark Tanning Foam as part of the Beauty Heaven trial team. I'm a long term fan of the Bondi Sands range and I was stoked that they had released a darker shade in their tanning foam as the dark and light shades are essentials on my tanning kit. As usual the foam is super easy to apply. It doesn't have a terrible smell and you can see where you have applied the product. It lasted on my skin just over a week which is awesome! I found the colour to be pretty good, although it comes up slightly on the orange side on my skin as it wears off - I liken it to the colour of the dry oil they launched earlier in the year. But it's still a beautiful colour! I will continue to use this product after the trial and I can see myself repurchasing it once I'm finished with the bottle!

This little beauty has been a complete saviour in my skincare routine. I have extremely dry lips and I find if I use a lip balm they tend to get even drier! (I drink plenty of water, so it's not a hydration issue either.) However since using this balm on my lips at night, my lips are soft supple and I can now confidently use lipsticks, and lip creams again (yay!). As mentioned before, I tend to use it at night when I do my skincare routine, but I also carry one in my handbag just in case the a/c or wind dries my lips out during the day. The best thing about this product is you only need a little bit, and the jar lasts a long time. It doesn't have a funky smell and goes onto your lips clear. Overall I'm absolutely sold on this product and will continue to repurchase when I finish the tub!

I love this dry shampoo, it makes my hair feel nice and clean without leaving a tacky, powdery or gritty texture to my hair which many dry shampoos do! It gives your hair a nice refresh and gives you back a natural volume. It makes my bad hair days turn into good hair days and lets me get a bit longer out of my styles. The packaging looks really nice and you get a good amount of product in the can. Its a bit expensive so I tend to get it when its on sale.

I was curious as to how this would work and let me tell you that I'm beyond impressed. The packaging feels really high quality. Once you open it the first layer is the place holder for the sponge, and then underneath that layer you will find the product. The foundation is in a sponge which you press into to get the product out. Think of the way they used to wet stamps.. Anyway the product is AMAZING, firstly the colour was spot on, and it made my skin glow. I also loved how you could alter the coverage, by layering more of the product or you could use a beauty blender/makeupbrush. Its great to put on on the morning and place in you handbag for touch ups during the day. I wasn't a huge fan of the sponge that came with it to apply, I preferred to use a beauty blender or something similar which allowed to build up a bit more coverage (and apply the product much quicker) - but the sponge that came with it was great to use for touch ups during the day. I found that the product wore quite well on my skin, it lasted a bit longer if I used a primer/moisturiser before application. The foundation itself provided a nice everyday glow to the skin, which is excellent for those of you who have naturally beautiful skin and just are after a light-medium coverage. I never give any product 5 starts but I really love this product and will be repurchasing it.
