No matter what time of year it is, this is a keeper! My skin is very prone to getting burned, even in winter. With this sunscreen, it really does live up to its claims of being a matte sunscreen as no one has ever been able to tell I had sunscreen on. It's relatively quick to dry, so it slots into my rushed 1-minute wash-and-go morning routine quite nicely. The consistency is really thin, as opposed to conventional sunscreens that feel oily, thick and creamy. A small squeeze of the product covers the entire face and neck. In summer, I apply two layers for good measure. It definitely does not feel heavy on your face, and this is pretty great given that in some instances, I'll have sweat dripping down my face mixed with heavy sunscreen - not the best scenario especially at school. It has no unpleasant scents and has proven to prevent sunburns. In summary, its easy to apply, feels good during the day and does its job as a sunscreen. It may be a bit pricey, but one tube can last me a whole year!

This is my go-to deodorant if I'm heading out to the gym or if I've got a really long sweaty day ahead. With some other aerosol deodorants, I've found that throughout the day it will tend to lose its effect and blend in with your sweat to form an unpleasant mixture of body odour and deodorant fragrance. This covers up really well so I've never had that problem. The smell is particularly great as it doesn't remind you of toilet air-fresheners that some male deodorants do. However, due to it being a heavy scent, I wouldn't recommend using this for all purposes - only for outdoorsy events or fitness related tasks. I use a lighter scent deodorant to as not clash with my cologne for nights out or for days at school/work.

The shampoo is awesome! It really saves me a lot of time in the shower due to it being both a shampoo + conditioner, so it's great even for guys that have longer hair as it's a one step process. It has a really good lather that covers hair evenly and when you wash it out, it does not have the soapy feel that regular condition leaves in your hair. It's super lightweight, so it never weighs my hair down. Hands down the best part of this product would be its smell! I haven't also seen any dandruff when using this product, but I don't usually get dandruff anyway. A downside is that it doesn't usually wash hair products out in the first go, so if you have a bit of hair spray or wax in your hair, do for a second wash.

The product has a few intended purposes as suggested by its website, including mattifying the skin, reducing breakouts, reducing redness and acting as a toner to clean the skin. When I used the product as both an after-cleanser toner or a midday facial wipe replacement, I found that it immediately left my skin looking super matte and mostly free of oil. Unlike other toners, it doesn't have an alcohol content which clears away ALL oil, so on some longer days where I felt a bit lazy to wash my face at 3PM, using the Serozinc didn't completely get rid of everything. The ease of use its one of its major advantages, coming in a light blue pressurised metal can that dispenses a fine mist when you hold down on it. It's relatively small, so it meant that I could bring it out with me on long days. What I don't like too much is that having to wait a few minutes with this on your face before wiping off the excess, it gets really drippy and feels a bit odd. As an impatient person, having to wait for it to sink in your skin before wiping excess is sometimes a challenge, even if its two minutes! If I was in a hurry to get somewhere and needed a quick fix, I probably would not be using the Serozinc for that purpose. The advantage of regular toners over Serozinc is that they contain alcohol, which means they dry really quickly, but at the expense of possibly drying out skin and a few cotton pads. With Serozinc not having an alcohol content, it meant for me that my skin was never once left feeling dry, containing only three ingredients to do the trick - salt water and zinc sulphate. I must say, one of the most amazing feelings is coming home on a hot day and spraying this on your face! It's really refreshing and has no smell at all, its like spraying cool water. Using it before applying sunscreen or moisturiser is the best! It cleans your skin leaving a matte surface for any products you apply on afterwards to sink in quite effectively. However, in the long term over the period of the trial with me using this twice daily (midday and after cleansing at night), I really didn't notice any significant changes to my skin in terms of breakouts. Every week or so, I get a few breakouts here and there on my face and this did not prevent them from happening, or even reduce the amount at that. What it did do for me however was reduce the redness and swelling of certain pimples, so they definitely were reduced in size. I'd liken this product to aloe vera and sunburns - it doesn't prevent or get rid of them, but it sure does make them feel a lot better afterwards. Overall, as someone with oily skin, I would prefer a regular alcohol-based toner over Serozinc for a few reasons: Serozinc does not get rid of all oil, its lack of acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acid meant that it didn't do too much against acne and that it didn't dry as quickly. With me having oily skin, it means that using an alcohol based toner would never be too drying anyway, so stripping it down to be more natural didn't have too much of an effect on my skin. I would recommend this to anyone with only slightly oily skin that requires a gentle tone at night or during the day, as its ability to reduce redness and mattify skin is pretty fantastic. It cleans off dirt that your cleanser didn't, so it really does leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed. That alone however didn't do the trick for me in comparison to other products in the specific context of having oily and acne-prone skin.

It's exactly the product every male (or female needs) - has a simple package that's easy to twist on every time and creates awesome styles. The wax has a thick texture that sort of reminds you of caramel, especially given the colour of it. Its easy to work into your hands and melts away quite easily. I find that it is a tiny bit oily, but it helps to melt the product and work the wax into your hair. Hair is left matte with a bit of sheen and a healthy smoothness to it from the oil. Ideally, more structured and intentional styles are created with this product, as more messy styles are suited to a completely matte product. It holds hair up all day without leaving hair feeling stiff, dry or sticky. In fact, the texture of the product allows for reworking throughout the day. I use the product straight after a shower and anyone knows that freshly washed hair is thin and a pain to style. The product thickens hair up as well as providing hold, so this is a huge plus. I find that if I put more product into hair than necessary, it does start to become a bit oily and shiny, which I do not like. A little bit of this product goes a long way and will last you an entire day or two. It holds hair quite well without the use of hairspray. Taking a shower will wash it right off and it does not tend to stick in hair. The smell is great, it has a strong, yet pleasant vanilla scent. Its an overall great every day product that I will keep around as you know it won't let you down.

Garnier ticks all the right boxes with this product - being an easy-to-use as well as an effective product at fighting breakouts as well as maintaining healthy, clear skin. There are three main pointers that make this product fantastic: It's super convenient - meaning that where otherwise you would've had to buy two separate products, a wash and a scrub, you now only have to buy one. It encompasses the usages of both really well, and I really wouldn't compare it to those cheap products that claim to do multiple things but end up doing a poor job at everything. Its little scrubbing particles work well when you're using it for a wash, lightly exfoliating when you're not even putting that hard for it. Everyone should be a fan of this, it makes life a lot easier. It really works to get rid of breakouts - it doesn't irritate skin whilst doing so, pumping that little bit of salicylic acid deep into your skin to remove existing breakouts as well as clearing skin enough to make sure new breakouts aren't as easy to surface. It removes dead layers of skin and is great as a blackhead scrub. For the really bad-skin days, use it as a mask and watch your face feel lighter in the absence of oil and trapped dirt. It's friendly for everyone - with no overpowering or feminine smells, a very neutral looking packaging as well as offering a mask that say, males wouldn't normally buy, it really serves as a product that everyone can use and enjoy. Skin feels great after using it, with a cool refreshed feeling washing over. It isn't just for those with acne problems, as I do feel it does a great job of regular cleaning as well as skin smoothing anyway. It's a great product and there isn't much to dislike about it. As a 3-in-1 product, you get everything you'd expect from individual products without the huge price tag from it. The added convenience as well as salicylic acid means just about anyone will agree. It's common that a lot of teenage guys out there all have breakouts and it's equally as common of them to not using a range of products to treat it as such. With this product, it really does a lot of things in one wash every morning and night, saving a lot of time whilst keeping skin at its best. Let's face it, not all guys have both a cleanser and a scrub (certainly not a mask), but when given the opportunity to use it, no one could pass on it! Everyone including myself really does reckon this keeps acne away with regular usage, as well as keeping skin super smooth and free of bumps. It has a really refreshing, cooling sensation to it and when used as a wash, the little granules inside it help with a better, more through clean. I've also noticed that when using it in the morning, my face does definitely appear more matte than if I had used another product to wash. This really is convenience inside a tube!

At first glance, you might be underestimating exactly what potential this bottle might have for you in terms of skin health. I was bought a bottle by my friend as she told me this was the go-to product for scarring, marks, spots and pigmentation, which really is my biggest problem right now. I have two different types of marks on my face, the first being acne marks and the second being surgical removal scarring (isn't deep at all, just pigmentation) that have left pink spots all over my face. Until this product, all other products have just managed to lighten it up and make it less noticeable by a small notch. However, Trilogy's rosehip oil is a real winner here as day by day, I can see the marks and scars fading away, some have even completely disappeared! It's working on both types of scarring on my face. In the morning when I wake up after a night of this, skin feels unbelievably soft and smooth, and you lose the tired/morning look. This can be mixed with a moisturiser or be used in place of one as it really makes my face feel hydrated. Other than the above usages it had for me, it also helped with dry skin in two days! For older women developing marks and wrinkles, this would be more than amazing to use, or even if you don't have anything and just want a youthful, bright appearance. I don't recommend using this in the morning as it does feel quite heavy and as it is an oil, can feel a bit oily too, especially if you have oily skin!

For teenagers, you really don't know the next time you'll be hit with a spot that you try so hard to get rid of but it decides to leave you with a mark. Those marks can bring you down more than the blemishes themselves! It's for that reason I went online to search for products that would even out skin tone and make marks like this less noticeable in conjunction with usage of scar-fading treatments like rosehip oil. This really did do a great job in making the marks a lot less visible over the course of two weeks. It started off by lightening the mark, and gradually it lightened the rest of my skin so now it sort of blends in! This product has not only brought down the appearance of post-acne marks, but also make my face seem a lot more clear and bright. The consistency of this product is a clear indication that its on the natural side, as its a bit pasty and chunky - quite like how a member below compared it to off milk. Now that's not a bad thing at all, it means it hasn't been processed and you're not doing your skin any harm. I find that this cream is on the thin side, so it will not moisturise as much as other creams and moisturisers but it does do so on some extent. If your skin is going through a dry period, I'd go for something more hydrating until it becomes normal, in which this will be perfect. I like the smell of it too, and it smells like how those "natural" products smell, although I personally have not really smelled anything organic in real life that smells quite like how "natural" products do. Nevertheless, the fragrance isn't a worry at all. This stuff is great!

I ran out of my last scrub by Clearasil and this was on sale for $6 at Woolworths so it was a no-brainer to purchase after seeing all the great reviews about this thing. I do particularly like how I am switching from a brand that is essentially based on harsh chemicals to fight acne to a more natural alternative that I hadn't previously used. When I first tried it, I instantly noticed that it was very gritty, so it would have been a killer of a scrub! I used it and it really was great, spread out so evenly across skin and the granules being so gritty really dug into the skin for a thorough clean. It's also got a good amount of salicylic acid to it, so the scrub loosens pores up - allowing the acne medication to go inside and do its work. I love what it does! That being said, it would mean that using something so strong everyday would completely ruin your skin due to how harsh overdoing such a process would be so I'd definitely suggest using it once or twice a week for that really complete and thorough clean. As the granules are so gritty and hard, it works great as a polish to even out skin if you've got any bumps or anything going on - just press harder than if you were using it as a scrub. Another tip would be to not use it when you have any actively flared up acne or spots that are really red or painful. Scrubbing the skin while acne is in this state can really inflame the spot as well as causing you a lot of skin problems. This scrub is best used to treat blemishes and acne when they first pop up or when they're fading so as to not damage your skin. The only thing I don't like about this product would probably be the smell (which really doesn't smell like apricot) but I'm sure many people do love it!
