I was intrigued when I was selected for this trial as I had read some good things about the product. The packaging is typical Estee Lauder, blue box and the dark glass bottle. on opening the bottle, there is a metal applicator (cryo steel wand) which you roll under each eye. I tried this on bare skin but I found that it dragged my skin a little so I applied it over my eye cream. This applicator may prove difficult once the bottle is nearly empty but will how that works later. There was no noticeable smell I used the product over my whole eye area and also on my forehead lines. it is a luxurious gel like texture and feels cool on the skin. it absorbed well both for night and morning use. there were no issues applying make up on top of it either. My skin felt smoother and hydrated after using this cream and I noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin it is too soon to notice any difference to my lines and dark circles.

I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to trial this product. I am always on the look out for the Holy grail of eye products and was hoping this was going to be it. I don't have too many wrinkles around my eyes, just a few fine ones but my biggest issue is dark circles. The packaging was very "Estee Lauder" and looked quite luxurious. the actual product was like a creamy gel which felt light and hydrating when applied. The smell was very faint which was fortunate as I didn't really like the slight chemical scent. I found this product great for night time use as it felt like a real luxury before going to bed. my eye area still felt smooth and hydrated the next day. I found I couldn't use it during daytime, I used it instead of my usual eye cream, however found that once I applied make up the product started pilling, so I had to remove and start again. It could be that it reacted with the other products but I am happy with what I currently use so would not want to change. After three weeks use (at night time only now) the skin around my eyes feels and looks smoother. It is too soon to tell if it has helped the fine lines but has done nothing for my dark circles I am glad I got to trial this as it is quite expensive and I would have felt disappointed if I had paid for it as it didn't do much more that other less expensive products

I really wanted to love this conditioner as I had read so many good things about it. I have naturally curly hair but jave Japanese Hair straightening so need a light conditioner so my hair doesn't look lank and greasy. The bottle looks good in the bathroom and the conditioner smells lovely and was light to apply and rinse out. However it did not suit my hair at all and the roots were greasy and the ends very dry and frizzy.
