This clay mask is similar to the Sukin Pink Clay Sensitive Masque in texture and results. It's a nice deep red/pink colour with a beautiful natural smell, earthy but sweet. The mask is quite thick/solid but very smooth so it applied nice and evenly with a brush. I applied quite a thick layer so it wouldn't dry out too fast and then take moisture out of my own skin, and after 15 minutes it was only partially dry so it made washing it off super easy (no rubbing to have to get dried bits off). After I'd washed and dried my face, I could notice my face was beautifully clean and hydrated and extremely soft! It had evened my skin tone (especially brown spots and acne scarring on my forehead) and reduced my pore size so the dots on my nose/chin/forehead were a lot less visible. Skin wasn't irritated and felt really hydrated (but I continued to use toner+serum+moisturiser to finish the facial and add extra hydration). The amazing glow and softness continued into the next day too.

This scrub is a grey colour with small fine scrub particles - it was like a very very fine grit (like sand) consistent throughout. It smells like a nice charcoal scrub. When I applied it to my face I found it wasn't super abrasive/damaging, but very gentle yet effective. I felt like it gave a good even scrub over my face to remove all the oils and dead skin, but not rough enough to cause any irritation or redness. It is a very gentle scrub but it is effective. Gentle enough to use every day as a light scrub, although it says to only use twice a week. It rinsed off well and upon drying my face, my skin was very soft and a had a nice even tone. My skin was not oily but it was still hydrated with no dryness/stretchy skin feeling. I think with every day use it would help refine pores and create a nice even skin tone as dead skills get lightly buffed away each day. I used it with my Manicare sonic cleaner for a deeper exfoliation and it made the bristles all grey! I cleaned it with a brush cleaner and it washed off, so I was glad this scrub didn't stain them. Similar to the Sukin Super Greens Scrub, but more for oil control and not as hydrating (but definitely not drying).

I tried this conditioner as a sample with the shampoo from a free giveaway promo at Priceline. (I would not recommend the shampoo). The conditioner smells nice like rosewater, and is thick and creamy. It applied to the mids and ends of my hair well, and I combed it through easily and let it sit for 5 minutes. When I rinsed it out, my hair was very soft and clean and still hydrated. When my hair dried it was still soft and clean, but it didn't have a good shine and didn't feel as moisturised as a proper salon repair conditioner.

I tried this shampoo as a sample size with the conditioner from a free give-away box promo at Priceline. The smell of the shampoo was nice, and it is a clear liquid. The shampoo is thick and I needed to use a lot in my long hair as I found it didn't lather up very well at all, so it didn't get through all of my hair. After I rinsed it out my hair was fully stripped of moisture and really dry. It had that "squeaky clean" feel that cheap hotel shampoos have, and I hated it! I threw the rest of the half used sample away.

I used this Sukin facial scrub this morning for the first time, as I love the Sukin brand and have a wide range of their products, including the facial moisturiser from the super greens line. The first thing I noticed was the scrub was quite runny (not what I was expecting)! It wasn't a thick cleanser but it didn't drip through my fingers so I wasn't concerned. The smell was pleasant and it was a fresh white colour, no obvious beads showing. I received this spritz bottle as a freebee in a Price Attack giveaway a while back, and never having used something like this before I wasn't sure how much it would do. But WOW, my hair dried significantly faster with the blow dryer when using this product! Even without using the blow dryer, it helped it dry faster naturally. The smell of the product isn't amazing (because half the solution is effectively an alcohol which is what causes the fast drying effect), but it still smells nice from the other half of the solution (the purple part). The spritz bottle applies evenly and quirts a good amount out so you don't need to pump it too much to do your whole head. The only downside is that it isn't super hydrating or nourishing like most leave in conditioners, but it does offer some hydration. I wouldn't say it leaves hair dry and damaged, but not as smooth and healthy as a creme product. ALTHOUGH it's not extremely hydrating, it does say it can be used OVER leave in conditioners, and it still works great doing this.

I bought this at the same time I bought my first Eco Tools brush, and a silicone brush cleaning scrub pad. The bottle is a good size, the flip lid is really handy and I like that a good proportion of the plastic is from recycled sources. The smell is nice, not chemically or overly sweet. You don't need to use much shampoo on each brush, maybe a 5c piece amount on each. I rinsed my brushes in warm water and then applied the shampoo, and either scrubbed them gently in the palm of my hand or used the silicone scrubbing pad. The shampoo lathered up amazing and did a great job cleaning off all the dried on make up. After the brushes were dried, the bristles felt like brand new again - they were soft and upright without a trace of residue. I was extremely impressed

I bought this foundation brush to apply my facial clay masks! I have a separate foundation brush for applying liquid foundation so it makes it easy to compare. The bristles on this brush are very soft and not too stiff, there's a good density so the brush is thick for nice application. The handle is a good width so it's ergonomic for the hands, and the bronze metal logo is really cute. I use the eco tools brush cleaner every time I apply a clay mask, and the bristles clean easy even though there's a thick head of bristles. Drying the brush is easy, the bristles don't hold moisture, it can be squeezed out gently with a towel, shaped back to normal then left sideways to dry (so water doesn't trickle down into the handle and corrode the bamboo)

I bought this brush on clearance sale for $50 and saved it for myself as a Christmas present. I was so excited to use it and even got rid of my old normal straightener before I tried it (now I wish I hadn't!!). It is a little heavier than I expected, and it heats up pretty quick. It has a strong weird chemical smell I don't really like. It doesn't "glide" through your hair as I expected it would, but rather you have to pull it through your hair. Maybe using smaller sections would help. I still had to section my hair and straighten bit by bit, the top and the bottom of each section. I couldn't just "brush" my hair over a couple of times to straighten it like I had assumed from the videos. I have thick hair which is only a little wavy. Because you still need to section it like you would with an ordinary straightener it doesn't really save any time or effort - I'm real lazy when it comes to heat styling my hair and I only bought this to try save time and it doesn't even do that. Also the fact it pulls hair a little and doesn't glide through makes it a worse option than a normal straightener.

After using a few tissue sheet masks and not having overly exciting results, I decided to try this mask as it's a special gel mask, and it's the best sheet mask I've ever used still. The instructions were a bit confusing and I found having two parts to put on was a bit tricky, but the mask stuck on great and could be smoothed out over nose/cheeks/chin really easy to make it sit right against the skin for my entire face. It even had flaps of the mask to go over my eyes and my lips so I put them over my eyes/lips and relaxed for half an hour. The best thing about the gel mask is it doesn't dry out after 20 mins like tissue masks, and keeps the hydration locked into your skin for the full 30 mins as it's thick and rubbery with plenty of serum. It didn't smell strong or sweet or artificial, just like a refreshing cool smell. When I took the mask off my skin was looking and feeling 10X better! My skin tone was perfectly even and all the dry spots had disappeared. The pores on my forehead had improved significantly too and my whole face just looked so healthy and hydrated. I rubbed the extra serum in and when it dried my face was so soft, no sticky residue.
