Thank you to Beauty Heaven for allowing me to trial this product. There are a couple of things I like and not too keen about the product. What I like: 1) The product is easy to apply. You just need to lightly tap it around your eye area. 2) The skin around my eyes does not react to the cream- which is a good sign. Hence I will continue using it. 3) It is quite moisturising, so a little is enough. I am assuming based on the amount I have used in the few weeks I have received this product, it will have at least four to five months to go before I will need to get a new one. 4) It is also easily available at the chemist as well as in major supermarkets. 5) I also like that the product comes in a bottle that is easy to carry around every where.. I would assume that you could use this product any time of the day (since it does not say night cream or for night use only). Things I am not too keen about the product: 1) Just like what I have reviewed for its night cream, I did not like the plastic packaging that it came in. Personally, i would have preferred if Olay came up with a hard paper box to contain the bottles that it comes in.

Thank you to Beauty Heaven for allowing me to trial out the Foundation Brush by Nude by Nature. This is my second professional foundation brush in a while, so that was lovely to get one to trial. The foundation brush came in a lovely stylish and shiny looking handle. Bristles: The bristles are soft to the touch. They are not hard on the skin. It was able to apply both the foundation, and the concealer product (that I was sent to trial as well), around the eye areas as well as around the lips. Cleaning: After a few applications, I cleaned the brush. To clean the brush, I first washed it in warm water. Then I used a makeup brush shampoo, and applied it over the brush, and then soaked it in warm water in a plastic container. I left it overnight and then cleaned it out the following day.

Thank you to Beauty heaven for providing me the opportunity to trial this product. The colour that I chose was Medium, which is suitable for my skin colour- which is tanned. It comes in a lovely glass bottle with intricate designs, and a lid which i can use to cover when not in use. It keeps the product hygienic and clean. It is also suitable size for travel and easy to carry around. This product is also manufactured locally in Australia. What I like about this product: I like that this product is moisturising and easy to apply. Combined with the concealer, I used much less foundation than I have of concealer as I need more concealing of blemishes than of foundation. What not too like: As this product is very moisturising, I have to blot the product with a tissue as it does take a while to dry on my face. It says 'sheer foundation', which I assume is suitable for people who want a dewy look which is not too heavy and cakey when applying their foundation.

Thank you to Beautyheaven for allowing me to review this product. The concealer comes in a small tube. It is packaged in a nice well designed paper box. What I like about this product: It provides good coverage over the dark areas. But I also applied a colour corrector before applying my concealer as that is my normal routine. The concealer helps to even out the complexion and the colour of the face before applying the foundation over it. What I don't like about it: I don't like that the concealer came in such a small tube. I do not know how much the price of the product is, but considering that I have very dark eye circles and need a lot of concealer product to be applied on my face, I would prefer that they made the product in a bigger tubes for people who have blemishes and therefore need more concealing than others to keep at home, and perhaps in smaller tubes for those who need some for travel.

Recently I went into a masking frenzy. I have heaps of sheet masks and masks at home. It just so happen that I had a couple of sample sachets of the clay mask from the Body Shop. So one fine weekday night, I decided to just go and treat myself to some self-care and mask. One thing I noticed about this product is that it dries really fast... (to be funny, I tried using the hairdryer to dry it) as I didn't want to hang around waiting for it to dry. But anyways, I really liked the results of the clay mask. My skin looked really clear and clean after washing the dry mask off. To clean it, I used a face wash in warm water to clean off the dry mask.

I recently decided to spend a little on self-care, and yesterday went to Chemist Warehouse. There was a sale on Maybelline products, and I wanted some cosmetics. I found this product in the shade of 25. I was pleased that it matched the colour of my chin, so I decided to get it. It has pretty good coverage, and covered the redness of my skin, even without a colour corrector. It was not drying, and did not make my skin look flaky. I managed to get it at about $18 bucks+.

I recently bought this at Werribee Plaza as part of my own self-care routine. I needed a new face wash/polish, and the SA recommended me this. I've used it for about two weeks now, and mostly in my shower. All i need is a pea sized amount, and that is enough for to cleanse my face. It has a really nice and pleasant smell, and used with the warm water in the shower, it is easy to use. It is gentle to use every day, and I like the texture

Thank you to Beauty Heaven for the opportunity to review this product. The product comes in a white coloured small and easy to carry container. It comes sealed in a foil to protect the product from contamination and for lasting freshness. The lid is a screw type that make closing easy, but requires the use of two hands. What I like about the product: it is easy to dip with fingers, then apply on your clean face. For this trial, I have applied the product on my face, normally in the morning before putting on foundation and powder. The consistency is not too thick, not greasy, is a light cream, and having spf protection is a bonus. However it is more suitable to be used in the day time as it contains SPF which makes it unsuitable for use as a night cream. It is also fragrance free and does not have much scent, which could be distracting for some users. Dislikes: none at this time. It currently retails for about $22 at the supermarkets. I think the price is standard, and you can get it for less when the supermarkets have their promotions from time to time. Considering it is from Nivea which has had a long history in face creams , i would say the product is competitive for its price.

Ok, so far, how I have used this product is normally when I am in the shower, and I am cleaning my face,I would grab the bottle, and pump about twice to get the product into my hands. Then I would wash my face after applying it in the shower. The second way I have used it is when I have got up from bed, and need to clean my face of all the dust and night sweats, I would do that at the sink. So far, I find that applying it on dry hands makes the application of the product much more effective. What I really love about the product is its scent, and it smells really good after washing my face! The product says that it is an oil, but really, it is not. I first heard about cleansing oils from the japanese brands, and now Jurlique has one as well.
