Another great product in this trial. The body balm is a much thicker consistency than the hand & body cream, but likewise, it also melts right into the skin without leaving any greasy residue or sticky feeling. This makes it a perfect product for when you need to get dressed immediately or right before going to bed (no one wants sticky lotions all over their sheets!). I found this balm really beneficial after shaving my legs, giving them a really smooth and hydrated finish, I also found it to be super nourishing on my arms which are often dry due to exposure in the outdoors. I like that this balm has a substantial feel to it, it can be a little daunting/misleading when first applying, as something this thick will generally feel heavy on the skin. However this is incredibly light and silky once worked into the body. It's overall, a very pleasant formula. The only issue I found with this is a personal preference of scent, I found the scent to be much more overpowering than that of the hand & body cream. It has a strong reference to sorbolene cream, which isn't a scent I particularly enjoy and seems to be a very dated scent to me.

I always jump at the opportunity to trial new hand lotions - as I have found very few are effective enough for my dry hands! Working outdoors and in an industry that requires very frequent hand washing can be a challenge that not many lotions can stand up to! This boasts the claim of being non-greasy, a statement that I wasn't so sure about when I first began to apply it! However, to my surprise, it really wasn't greasy - it has a very strange and unique feel, like it's going to be greasy, but just ends up having a really silky texture on the skin. My hands definitely drink this right up and there is an immediate result. I will mention that the results are not a cure all, my hands did return to being rough the next day, but have shown improvement with continued use, and I have no doubt that this will continue over time. The smell is something nostalgic for me, it reminds me of my childhood and of my grandmother, but not in a stuffy 'old lady' kind of smell, it's non offensive and isn't an outdated scent. It's a soft and gentle smell. I have been pleasantly surprised by this lotion and I will continue to use and purchase it in the future.

I love facial mists! So I was very excited to trial this product - especially from a brand that I haven't used before. Upon opening the package I was very impressed! The packaging for this is absolutely stunning! The bottle is beautiful and has a soft touch coating. Unfortunately, when things claim to be hydrating, I expect them to deliver. This did not. At all. The scent is wonderful - I find it's a beautiful product to use before going to bed as lavender is such a relaxing smell, and it's a very true to nature lavender scent also - so that's definitely a bonus. However, using this during the day is not an option for me - I find it leaves a residue on your face, which in turn makes my skin feel dirty and sticky - leaving it open for dust etc to stick to me. This is a big no-no for me living on property in dusty queensland! It wouldn't have been such a bad thing if the price wasn't so high though! I could accept this as a night time sleep spray if it wasn't so expensive! There are definitely other products on the market that are both professional and at a much, much lower price point - and they actually do what they say. I'm sorry, but for me, this is simply a 'nice smelly in a pretty bottle'. Nothing more. It's only getting 2 stars because of the true to nature scent of the lavender and the gorgeous bottle.

I don't have too much to say about this lip liner - it is what it is! It's nothing special, it's nothing horrible. It's just a run of the mill lip liner to me. The packaging is probably more outstanding that the product itself. The colour I was sent was Soft Pink and unfortunately wasn't great for me - much too pink for my skin. I think performance wise, it's probably priced a little too high for my liking - it's just a lip pencil, standard needs resharpening type. I found it a little drying also. As a makeup artist I generally don't use a lip liner as I favour liquid long stay lipsticks (that set themselves in place and don't bleed) - otherwise, I will stick to a clear lip liner that is universal. This one just didn't really do a lot for me.

This is an ok basic kit for those who are wanting something with a light finish or those just starting out with makeup. However, it's definitely suited to someone who has normal to oily skin - this didn't mesh well with my dry skin. The coverage is minimal at best and it did take a lot of repeating to build up to an even light coverage - it felt like a lot on my skin by the time I got it to a noticeable coverage. Don't get me wrong - from a distance, this actually had a really nice natural look to it, up close though? No. Very powdery and dry by the time I was done. As someone with dry skin, I do prefer applying base products like foundation with a damp beauty sponge rather than a brush - which can cause micro exfoliation, leaving flaky patches for foundation to stick to. I didn't hate it, it's just probably more of a niche market - I would think an older demographic that likes to wear something, without wearing too much or having obvious cover. The kit itself has a good range of products - - primer - concealer - foundation - bronzer - finishing veil - brush and travel case. Running through individually: Primer: I wasn't overly impressed with, I tend to steer more towards pore minimising primers - this one claims to be 'airbrush' - it most certainly isn't and doesn't have that effect. As a standard primer that is doing nothing more than laying a base for your foundation - it does it's job. Concealer: Again, minimal coverage - this isn't going to work any miracles on your dark circles as it claims to, it's also quite tacky/sticky to apply - which is strange. Foundation: 'natural mineral cover' claims to give a "sheer to full coverage" it definitely gives a sheer coverage - I could build to a light coverage with a lot of effort - I don't see it even approaching medium let alone full. Bonus, it doesn't have an SPF of 15, so if you're after sheer with sun protection, it's not a bad choice. Bronzer: very orange on light skin - unfortunately the bronzer is treated as a 'one shade fits all' for this kit. Didn't work for my complexion at all. Finishing Veil: honestly, it didn't leave enough of an impression to have an opinion. I wasn't impressed by any means. Brush and travel case: Both are lovely quality - unfortunately I was more impressed by them than the rest of the kit. Price point: probably one of it's redeeming qualities, for those that are suited to this particular makeup, it's a cost effective way to test it out and see if it's right for you.

Colour: Riberry I really enjoyed this lipstick, it has a very creamy texture and feels a lot like a mixture between a lipstick and a lip balm. It absolutely has a comfortable wear to it and doesn’t leave your lips feeling dry as some matte lipsticks are prone to do. However, I don’t feel like it’s a true matte lipstick, i would class it as semi-matte at best. The packaging is lovely and the slender design makes it simple to apply accurately to the lips. It does make claim to being long wearing, however I did find it transferred with the slightest touch - I also used the tissue + setting powder method to help with longevity, but it still transferred and lost its creaminess and comfort of wear, which is the shining star of this lipstick. To have a truly long wearing matte lipstick, you will always be sacrificing longevity and creaminess. So be prepared to reapply - but luckily the sleek tube design isn’t going to be taking up much room in your purse! The only other slight issue I have is with the price point, as a ‘drug store’ brand I feel like it is a little above what it deserves. While it is creamy and comfortable to wear, it doesn’t live up to its long wearing claims - which unfortunately doesn’t set it apart from the crowd for me. It really just comes down to, it’s a nice lipstick, but as with any lipstick that isn't truly long wearing, you’re going to have to keep working for it. Summary: Pros: - very creamy - comfortable to wear - easy to apply - nice colour range Cons: - semi-matte (at best) - transfers - will need reapplying - small colour range - slightly overpriced

To put it simply, I cannot fault this moisturiser!! It ticks every single box for me, important and otherwise! The most important thing for me with a moisturiser is that it’s not sticky or heavy on the skin, I like it to absorb completely and that’s exactly what this does. The smell is absolutely divine, it’s fresh and relaxing, it’s floral, but without being overwhelmingly so, personally I felt it had watermelon like undertones. It also leaves you with a subtle lingering scent that’s non offensive. My skin felt silky and hydrated well into the following day, it’s also great to use on your legs after shaving, it’s so nourishing. Bonus, it’s also wonderful on dry hands! I have 4 horses, which requires a lot of hands on dirty work and end up with cracking on my fingers and hands - this is the first thing to clear that up! I have gone through so many specialised hand products and nothing has ever worked as well as this. My husband also uses it to give me back/shoulder massages too, the scent is so relaxing that it makes it even better after a long day! I will absolutely be repurchasing this, and have already been recommending it to friends.

I have been wanting to try a lash serum for a long time now due to sparse lash growth - so I was very excited for this trial. Key points: - visible results, although not miraculous - did not irritate my sensitive eyes - applicator is terrible, use a clean mascara wand instead - personally experienced; new growth, less lash loss & stronger lashes. First of all, I find the best thing about this product is that it didn't irritate my sensitive eyes - which is something I need to be quite conscious of. I have been using it for over a month now and I'm actually pleased with the results. I haven't noticed too much difference in my top lashes, but I have noticed extra growth along my bottom lashes. I also have noticed that I don't have as much fall out of lashes as I normally do, helping to keep my lashes in is just as important as growing new ones when you don't have many to start with! I found that I didn't really notice any difference until I put mascara on for the first time in about a month - that's when the extra growth really stood out to me. It's definitely not a miracle cure , you're not going to suddenly grow a set of lashes that rival a band of falsies, but with regular and prolonged use, I really think this could make a noticeable difference. However - I couldn't possibly give this product a 5 star rating (or even 4) with the awful applicator. It's a wind up, click brush that was quite splayed when I got it fresh! It's bristles are too rough and awkward for eye use - eye skin is so delicate and sensitive, I don't need to be poking at my eyes with what feels like steel wool! I ended up dispensing the product on a disposable silicon mascara wand to apply and this worked much better - I could really work the product into the lash line and be sure to get a nice even coverage. I honestly don't think I would repurchase this product unless they changed the applicator. The only other thing I had an issue with was how wet the gel is. I found that sometimes at night, if I was really tired (eyes hanging out of my head tired) I just could be bothered with the wetness all over my lashes and would skip that evening. Which is not a huge deal, I believe that was more to do with my sensitive eyes than the product itself. Overall, I was happy with the results from this, however, I am on the fence about repurchasing while the applicator remains the same.

This was by far my most liked product from this line. To be honest, this moisturiser isn't going to be life changing for anyone - but for the price, it's a great daily moisturiser for anyone with normal to slightly dry skin or even just those with reactive skin. It's lightweight, it absorbs quickly and easily, it's gentle and it's not going to break the bank. There's no strong perfumes to irritate the skin of senses (I'm not a big fan of strongly scented skin care). I will say that I don't feel like it added any hydration to my skin, but it also didn't react with my skin or feel heavy - so these are things I like to look for in a moisturiser. My skin is excessively dry however, so personally, I would not be able to rely on this as a daily moisturiser in such a dry climate (SEQ). One of the drawbacks for me though is it does not contain an SPF. Which I know can become difficult when designing skin care for sensitive skin, however, I feel that in Australia, we really need to be focusing on preventing sun damage rather than trying to repair it after the fact. I spend a lot of time outdoors in the 'sunshine state' as a requirement to my every day life, so sun protection is very important. Hence why this would never be a holy grail product to me, as it adds another step to my regime.

This serum had some initial good points going for it - unfortunately, it just didn't pan out to do what it said, in fact, it did exactly nothing. It didn't make my skin feel any better, or any worse - it was just a whole lot of, nothing. I'll start with the first impressions, which were the best. I noticed the serum was very lightweight and easily spread across the skin. I'm definitely not a fan of heavy serums especially those that seem to leave your skin feeling sticky. This did leave my skin feeling a little tacky, but not excessively so. A little goes a long way, as it should with a serum, but I unfortunately just could not get past the fact that it really did nothing. Some more pros are, it doesn't have any obvious or offensive scents, it didn't seem to react with my skin in a negative way, but it just didn't do anything beneficial either. I'm not sure if it's a product that needs to be used regularly for a long period of time to see any results, but for me, anything that boasts 'intense hydration' should have an immediate effect. For a budget friendly line of skin care, they may have gone too budget on this one, unfortunately. Sorry.
