I have used this hair removal cream on and off for years. (now it just has new packaging) You basically apply it to clean skin, leave it for a few minutes then wipe it off and rinse the area. Let me warn you, it is quite smelly and will give you a chemical burn if you leave it on too long (so follow the instructions carefully!), but with just the right amount of time it removes hair without issues. The cream basically breaks down the hair it doesnt actually remove it from the root or anything so in a week or so the hair will grow back. It's good for areas you dont want to shave like the upper lip as you wont get pickley when the hair starts to grow back. I wouldn't recommend it for legs or any large areas though as it would take far too long to do and require too much product. For legs you are better off just shaving.

I bought this palette when it was on sale as I was curious if it lived up to the hype I was pleasantly surprised, although it is no match for my highend eyeshadow palettes, as a cheap drugstore alternative I found the shadows reasonably pigmented, even the bright yellow! The colours blend well but do tend to disappear if you work too hard at them, so my advice is to pack on the colours rather than try to blend them too much. I love the lemonade smell its subtle but really nice and summery. My only concern is the pan size, they seem rather small so they probably wont last too long

The Nude By Nature perfecting primer is hard to rate. On one hand it did a great job at hydrating my lips underneath liquid lipstick. My lips remained crinkle free and smooth all day and I barely had to reapply it. I love that it has no scent and that it is clear. I also like that it contains a lot of natural ingredients But on the other hand I have found several issues with the primer To begin with, the size is a bit problematic The surface area of the primer balm is so small and narrow that I found I had to move it around my lips a lot just to coat them entirely. If it was that little bit wider I feel like I could have done one or two easy swipes and be done with it. It's not a big deal but just something I noticed. Then there is the packaging, the primer is in a simple white barrel, it's not bad in any means but it just looks a bit cheap compared with other Nude By Nature products in the range. Again, this is not a major issue, it can be overlooked. But the main issue I found was after using the primer. I noticed that there was a build up of crumbled product inside the barrel. I feel like eventually this will be an issue, if everytime I use it the product crumbles more and more. I feel like this will become a bit gritty on the lips and probably will effect how it performs under other lip products in the future In conclusion I have a love hate relationship with this product. It seemed to work but also looked like it wouldn't remain in great shape for long. Personally I wouldn't reach for it everyday. BRAND RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback. I tested the Nude By Nature Satin Liquid Lipstick in the shade 10 Terracotta. The packaging for this lipstick is really sleek and modern looking with a weighty frosted barrel and bronze gold lid. The included dofer applicator is long and flat, perfect for coating the lips with ease. I find one dip of the dofer holds enough product to coat your lips several times which you need to do to make this shade opaque. One coating is very patchy but stay patient and a beautiful brick red shade will form with a couple of coats. This shade is a real showstopper, it is bold and edgy. As a satin lipstick its not quite shiny not quite matte finish. Despite having several coats the lipstick never felt thick or heavy. I found it glided on really smoothly especially if I used lip primer underneath. After a few minutes it is completely dry and barely transfers. I found it was mostly kiss proof and drink proof but if you ate anything you would need to touch it up. Usually my lips tend to hate me the day after wearing a liquid lipstick but I was impressed to find the next day my lips were still supple and full of moisure. Yay! Overall I think this is a really nice lipstick and worth a try if you are a fan of the satin lip

I tested the Nude By Nature's Sheer Glow Colour Balm in the shade 04 Berry. I was impressed with how high end this product looks with the heavy gold barrel and clear lid. The balm itself is very soft and buttery. It has a faint smell to it which in my opinion is neither pleasant nor unpleasant, it's just there and you notice it while applying the product. I found the colour to be very similar to my lips which are natually quite red. I loved this as the balm added just a subtle bit of colour and a lot of moisture. Perfect for when you want to look done up but not over done. You very quickly forget you are wearing anything on your lips as it is so light. I found it lasted awhile on my lips but required a touch up everytime I ate or drank. I was impressed that it kept my lips hydrated even in the cold weather. I really love the ingredients list too, it looks like there are a lot of natural ingredients like caster seed oil, beeswax, peel oil, shea butter and so much more. I did notice however that the packaging doesnt say cruelty free on it, I'm not sure why that is. Outside of that the only other fault I have about the product is the size. I really feel like the balm surface area is too small and narrow. I just wish it was a liiiiittle bit larger. I also worry that I will go through the product too quickly. All in all I do recommend giving this one a go if you are after a comfortable and hydrating balm with just a hint of colour

I bought this liner because I desperately needed to replace my old Fenty liner but didnt want to spend the money. This one was on sale so I figured I would give it a go! And I am so glad I did! Let me tell you this is better than my Fenty Liner! Its more precise, it doesnt dry out and it creates the most gorgeous wings I personally dont use the little shape tool that is included but it is a handy tool to have if you are a beginner

Jurlique's Rare Rose Lotion is designed to provide "intense moisture" and "comfort and soothe skin" while "restoring the skin's natural glow" This is no lie. I have rosacea and very dry skin and I found that although it hasnt gotten rid of my rosacea (nothing really will) it has helped to calm my skin and make it feel more hydrated. The directions say to use one to two pumps of product but I found I was easily using four to achieve this result. I must say though that I appreciate a pump pack, it keeps the product clean and it means there is no wastage, but it does worry me that the lotion wont last long with how much I need to use. Nevertheless I love this product so much that I will be repurchasing. The pink floral packaging is gorgeous and luxurious as is the rose scent. I find the ingredients as a whole look pretty natural- jojoba oil, fruit oil and flower extract just to name a few. I think personally I prefer this moisturiser for a night cream as I like my daycreams to have spf in them but it is a nice lightweight moisturiser to wear under makeup. I didnt find it sticky or greasy at all. I highly recommend trying this one out if you are like me and have dry irritable skin!

Jurlique's Rare Rose Serum is designed to 'deliver an intense hydration boost' and help the skin 'maintain moisture levels throughout the day' I definitely think it does that. In combination with the matching moisturiser this serum has made my skin feel softer and less dry. I find my makeup is going on a lot easier and staying on better throughout the day. The serum absorbs into the skin quickly without any stickiness. The directions suggest using one to two pumps morning and night but I found myself needing three or four pumps to properly coat my face. (my skin is so dry so needs a lot of hydration!) I was pleased to see the ingredients list contained a lot of good natural things like fruit oil, safflower seed oil and lavender. I also love that it is an Australian made product and lets not forget the gorgeous pink floral packaging which looks luxurious! I also adored the rose smell (one of my favourite scents!) Definitely recommend this product, it is a 'rare' gem!

I enjoyed using Simple's new Charcoal Purifying Sheet Mask. Let me start of by saying that the packaging looks trendy and eyecatching. It is a Korean brand mask but the packaging is all in English. I personally love Korean beauty, I feel like they really excel in skincare. But usually when I use Korean products I find little to no English on them so it can make following instructions difficult. It also means you can't read all the ingredients on the back. However Simple's sheet mask had very clear and as the name suggests 'simple' instructions to follow. 1. Unfold mask and place on cleansed skin 2. Leave on for 15 minutes 3. Massage excess moisture into skin or alternatively remove with a cotton pad I had a warm shower and washed my face before use. The steam from the shower would have helped to open up my pores (well pores are always open lets say expand the pores) Then I wore the mask for 15 minutes as instructed on the packet. (I timed it to make sure I left it on for the correct amount of time) After a few minutes of use I felt my face tightening a little, and it wasnt as cooling as I would have liked but it was nothing uncomfortable or painful. When I took the mask off there was a lot of sticky moisture left on my face. I massaged it into my skin like it suggests on the pack. Even an hour later my face was still a little sticky so this is probably a mask you'd want to do before bed, not in the morning if you plan on applying makeup afterwards. Despite the little bit of stickiness my face did feel refreshed and more hydrated. I can't speak for everyone but I feel like a lot of people would want to use a mask like this weekly or biweekly. However the front says 'daily skin detox' I'm not sure if this is just the name or if this is actually suggesting daily use. If so then this is an expensive habit. These sheets retail at $5 each at Woolworths. I usually use Tony Moly sheet masks that I get in a big bundle and they end up costing me $2 each. I feel like this sheet mask is on the more expensive side. However it definitely is quality. There is no perfume, no artificial colours, harsh chemicals or alcohol. The sheet is made from 100% natural fibres and it is ideal for sensitive skin. So really you get what you pay for. The only thing I question is that it says it is non-animal derived but doesn't state that it is cruelty free. So I'm not sure about that one? All in all though I really recommend this Charcoal Purifying Sheet Mask, it does exactly what it promises and works a treat!

Let me start of by saying Lady Jane's Flexi-glide brushes are amazing! I trialled their large Flexi-Glide brush which is meant for general hair use and their mini Flexi-Glide brush designed to take on the go. Both are a cute purple colour, they look modern and sleek. But the mini one is definitely my favourite as its compact size means it is so easy to throw into my handbag and take everywhere! That being said, I have relatively short hair, those with really long hair might find they prefer just using the larger brush (as it wont take as long to get through all their hair!) I noticed the brushes have really flexible plastic bristles (thus the name flexi) which is different to most other brushes I have owned in the past. These bristles move with your hair rather than pulling and ripping at it. I could notice the difference as there was a lot less loose hair coming off onto my brush than when I have used other brushes. It also meant it wasnt as painful to brush out any knots! Surprisingly I was able to use the brushes to gently comb out my wet hair after a shower as well as style my hair when it was dry. It's not often that a brush will do both! The curved design of Lady Jane's Flexi-glide brushes is a bonus. It really massages your scalp which not only feels amazing but should also help stimulate your hair folicules and in turn promote hair growth (here's hoping!). Everything they claim to do is truth The packaging claims that these brushes 'detangle and smooth' as well as 'glide through knotty hair with ease.' and they really do that. If you only want to own one brush make it this one. It's easy to use, practical, gentle and made by a 100% Australian Owned company.
