20 females aged between 24-48 with tough, rough or hard skin on their feet and/or smelly feet. Ten members received the Milky Foot Exfoliation Pads. The other ten received the Milky Foot Active.

The Trial Teamers were instructed to wash and dry their feet, and then use the product as per the instructions, rinse it off and wait three to five days for the peeling process to begin. Moisturiser could be used in the interim, but it wasn’t essential. The members were advised to continue to use the product every one to two months to maintain results.

Milky Foot Exfoliation Pads and Active Foot are an intense, at-home exfoliation treatment that leaves feet looking and feeling soft and rejuvenated. It aims to remove hard skin, soften cracks and calluses and moisturise feet using a peeling action that happens over about three days.

Most members found the application process straightforward, with many saying the liquid offered a minty scent and cooling sensation. The majority needed to wait up to a week for the peeling process began.

Triallers were surprised by the amount of skin that came off their feet. Many of them recommend wearing socks throughout the process.

While some members commented the overall process was lengthy, most of them were delighted with the smooth, soft result.

“The product was very simple to use, with easy-to-follow instructions on the box. The smell of the solution was pretty strong, as expected. I left them on for 45-50 minutes, with a pair of socks covering them. While processing, they felt quite cool and slight tingly at the beginning. But I mostly didn't notice them. After rinsing the solution off in the shower, my feet felt very soft already!”

“I waited an hour before washing off the product and drying my feet. I waited three days with no sign of the peeling. Then on the fourth day, I had a bath and soaked my feet, and they started peeling immediately. This continued for around five days, leaving me with soft and smooth feet and heels. I did find that I had to use a pumice stone to remove the harder skin, however, this was a much simpler task than normal as the product had taken effect.”

“I had pieces of skin everywhere (sounds gross I know) so remember to wear socks. However, I must say the results were worth it. My foot has never been more soft. It is crazy how soft they are. ”

“This product is very easy to use and apply. Simply wash your feet, wear the foot pads for 45-60 minutes, rinse and wait for peeling to occur. After about five days, my feet started to peel a little bit and this continued for a couple of days. This exfoliating foot treatment has left the skin on my feet feeling soft, smooth and refreshed.”

“After two days, I started to panic as nothing seem to be happening, then that night in the shower I felt something stuck to my feet but couldn't see anything. I wiped my feet and saw pieces of skin starting to fall off, and I was relieved as the progress was starting to take place! During the week, I found dead skin in my bathroom floor as it was coming off the balls of my feet and heels, then made its way to the rest of my foot - it was like a snake shedding its skin!”

“When [the peeling] did finally stop, the skin on my feet felt amazing - baby-soft, and the corn I had was gone, thank goodness. The downside to this, however, is that after a few days, my skin toughened up again, but it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as it was before.”

I normally have to soak my feet for ages so that I can get all the dead skin off my feet but even then it is still hard to get between your toes. Milky feet solved this problem. After a few days my feet started to peel dramatically, which really freaked me out at first. But then once all the dead skin had finished peeling off, my feet were so soft and dead skin free.

This prize is up for grabs again, it is something to really experience at least once, but make sure you are not going out in the 7 or so days once you use it as you will have to hide your feet because they will look very 'peely' with skin shedding everywhere.

I love this stuff but it is expensive. I recently tried a cheaper brand and it was nowhere near as good. I think I will just wait until Milky feet is on special and then stock up.

This is a great product and the feet feel so nice after this treatment. It almost becomes an addiction. I would use this once every three months and definitely after the winter months coming into summer.
