Quick and easy rituals to help you through the day

Our lives are constantly getting busier, to the point where we often forget to take the time to chill out and collect our thoughts.

You may not think it’s all that necessary, but indulging in a little ‘me’ time throughout the day is not only integral to a more productive work day and a less stressed state of mind, but we bet your skin will also start to look clearer and healthier too.

Thankfully, we’ve got a few daily rituals you can adopt to help get you through the day, sanely.

  1. Start your day by scrubbing away your skin stresses with Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Scrub. It helps to eliminate breakouts before they get to the surface of your skin, allowing you to eliminate pimples from your list of things that stress you out.
  2. 2.Go for walk. Whether it’s to make a coffee, to pick up your dry cleaning, or talk to someone on the other side of the office, put the phone down and make the effort to stretch your legs whenever possible. It’s good for you!
  3. 3.Meditate. It may sound silly, but you can definitely partake in a style of meditation at work. Just sit for five minutes, clear your mind and focus only on your breathing. You won’t believe how rested you’ll feel afterwards.
  4. 4.Take a few minutes to rock out to your favourite song on Youtube. Not only will it inspire you to power through the day, it’ll put a definite smile on your dial.
  5. 5.Treat yourself. A treat break will give you something to look forward to and will definitely help to ease you along to five o-clock. It doesn’t have to be a lollies or chocolate; it just has to be delicious!

What is your daily ritual to help you get through the day?
