So, when it comes to facial hair – should it stay or should it go? The results of the NIVEA Shave It or Save It survey* will tell all – and will probably surprise you!
It seems that beard loyalty is rife among Aussie guys, with one in five willing to risk their partner, girlfriend or marriage and even their job for the sake of their facial hair. Can you believe that, ladies? Don’t be too concerned, mind you, because as you might have guessed, more than half of Aussie men admitted laziness was the main reason for having a beard in the first place.
The bad news for the fellas is that beards don’t receive the same level of loving from the ladies. Over two thirds of Australian women find the clean-shaven look sexier and 74% would prefer to lock lips with a clean-shaven man. But is that true for all men? We rounded up a few of our favourite A-list fellas and we’d like to challenge you to tell us which ones you prefer with a beard – and which you prefer clean-shaven.
