10 commandments for healthy skin
Commandment #1: Thou shalt cleanse religiously.
Clean skin is healthy skin, so don’t skip the most vital step in your skin care routine: cleansing. In the morning and night. Let the steam from your shower open up your pores for a couple of minutes before cleansing for a deeper, more thorough clean.
Commandment #2: Thou shalt use a serum, morning and night.

Commandment #6: Thou shalt not pop, pick or squeeze.
Unless you’re totally fine with scarring your skin and spreading pimple-causing germs, keep your fingers well away from your face! Treat blemishes the right way by dabbing a spot treatment onto pimples with clean fingers.
Commandment #7: Thou shalt hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
Along with moisturising, it’s essential to keep your skin hydrated and nourished from the inside out. Guzzle water as often as you can to plump and replenish your skin cells, and give your complexion that healthy glow we all know and love.
Commandment #8: Thou shalt switch it up with the seasons.
