Men and anti-ageing: the products to save his skin

There are about a gazillion different ways in which men are different to us. They don’t understand the value of having 10 pairs of black shoes, they don’t seem to get why reality TV is so entertaining, and they definitely don’t share our dedication to skin care.
Fine, I can forgive the first two. But not following a proper skin care regime? Blasphemy. While their skin may look perfectly ‘mature’ in a George Clooney-esque way at first, in the long term, it could become old, saggy, wrinkly, and uneven. And I bet that if the men in our lives knew that things like going in the sun unprotected, or not moisturing twice daily would mean their looks and youth would fade super-quickly, then they’d hop on the skin care bandwagon before you could even suggest a product for them to try.
So, it’s up to us to educate them on the value of taking care of their skin – to prevent ageing and to repair the damage that’s already been done. Our civic duty even. And here are just the products to get them started on their anti-ageing regime:
Always start with a cleanser:
We all know that an effective skin care regime always begins with a good cleanser. Lab Series Power Wash will deeply clean the skin and unclog pores while preparing his skin for shaving, too.
Then he’ll need a day moisturiser:
A moisturer, with sunscreen of course (because UVA rays account for most of the symptoms of premature ageing), is absolutely necessary for keeping that skin of his nourished and hydrated. Try Lab Series Daily Moisture Defense Lotion – the all-day moisturising lotion will protect his face from the sun and is packed with antioxidants to care for his skin.
And a night treatment, too:
You couldn’t get an easier anti-ageing treatment than one that works while he sleeps. Lab Series MAX LS Overnight Renewal Serum contains a blend of proteins to help increase the natural rate of cell turnover, leaving his skin smoother, clearer, and more vibrant.
Let’s not forget his eyes:
Crow’s feet and wrinkles around the eyes may make him look like a distinguished gentleman, but he probably loves them as much as you love yours. The Lab Series MX LS Instant Eye Lift will help tighten the skin around his eyes, smoothing out those wrinkles and fine lines. And if he’s suffering from some dark bags under his eyes, he’ll love what the eye treatment will do for them.
Does your man need to do something about the scruff on his face? You might want to get him to try one of these…

My man has recently started a cleanse and shave routine using products from the Nivea sensitive range and he is really into it! I'm so glad that he is cleansing his skin as frequently as I do!

My hubby is a real soap and water kinda guy. The most I can get him to do is moisturise with Vaseline Intensive during the winter months.

If you can only get him to wear one product it should be sunscreen. Buy him a mousturiser with Sunscreen in. Tell him its sun block. This Will be the best anti ageing idea on the planet. If your lucky and your man likes all these products go for it.
