While Cupid (the naked flying baby holding a bow and arrow) might well be the most iconic Valentine’s Day symbol, a rose is certainly a close second. A red rose represents love, passion and beauty, making it one of the world’s most romantic flowers. However, as it turns out, roses also host a plethora of skin care benefits. From skin-soothing anti-inflammatory properties to breakout-busting antiseptic qualities, these powerful flowers have the ability to nourish your skin and nurture your heart all in one go. Impressive stuff.
So whether you’re heading out on a hot date or spending the night at home, just because you mightn’t be receiving a bouquet of long stem red roses to your door this year, doesn’t mean you have to miss out on some V-Day roses altogether.
From rose-infused face oils to floral perfumes, our favourite rose-scented and infused beauty products are here to make your February 14th extra special this year.

Have you tried any of these products? Do you have use rose-infused beauty products in your routine?
I love the smell of a real scented rose, it’s so beautiful, but put the “rose scent” into beauty products and perfumes and it’s awful for me. The scent those goes into beauty products makes me feel nauseous and gives me a headache.
The rose quartz mask is a really good soothing product.
I agree with you. It gives me a headache. I quite enjoyed the body shop rose rang but the L’occitane one was awful.
I feel the same way! The fake rose smell is a migraine trigger for me.
Still using rose quartz mask. Also (first was for fun to make me hydrate more but now loving!) rose quartz water bottle!
I bought myself Natio Rosewater Gel Cleanser and Night Cream. Both smell heavenly. A great scent to send me off to dreamland.
Yes I have the SelfAmour mask. I got it from BeautyCrew. And I also have the Glasshouse fragrance and I reckon it’s the best perfume I’ve ever smelt.
Haven’t tried any of the above products.
My comment being moderated again. Not even mentioned any brands!
The eye mask looks interesting.
I haven’t tried any of these but they all look great!
Yes I would love to try them all =Roses each have different scents and usually subtle
These would be great to try!
Not for me! Rose scents, whether real or artificial, are one of my migraine triggers.
I love the scent of rose .My daughter made me a bath salts with rose petals and it was really lovely I like the sound of rose water and toner
I would like to try the exfoliator and the lip oil. Love the scent of roses 🌹
I LOVE the smell of rose
Love the sound of Jurlique Rose Body Oil
Such beautiful products, roses are lovely and the scent intoxicating.
I hope the fortunate ones who received the wonderful sounding rose quartz mask in their DB some time ago still love it. It sounds fabulous.
I love rose scented things! Just bought some Jo Malone Red Roses and it’s intense and I’m loving it! I didn’t only buy some for myself but some for my MIL too who is turning 90 in a week’s time.
Yes please to all of them.
Don’t mind roses and rose water. Some rose products smell terrible, especially can’t stand tea rose. Instant headache.
I have the Jurlique body oil – it’s so nice! A very warm and natural rose fragrance.
It’s not my favourite scent. I have a few Jurlique products which are heavily rose scented which I find way too overpowering.
Would love to try the Dermalume No.1 Velvet Roses Hand Cream Therapy looks good and would give your hands a Lovely Rose Scent. 🌹
Rose is my favourite scent. I’m using Essano Rosehip hand cream at the moment and it smells lovely
Divine looking products esp the lip oil for night time use
I love rose infused products! I use cold rose water as a refreshing mist toner during summer best thing ever.
Love roses!!!
Some great gift suggestions here.
Love my rose quartz roller
The Jurlique Rose Body Oil has a lovely authentic rose scent, but I wish that its scent was a bit stronger.
Hmmmm I wonder if rose is really that good for your skin. I do like the look of the eye mask but I wonder if it really does anything.
It is well past valentines day but roses are always so beautiful. Do love them.
I swear by the effects of the Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Nighttime Rescue Lip Oil-Serum for my dry and chapped lips, but to be honest I’ve never noticed the rose smell
I’d love to try that Estee Lauder Lip Oil-serum, it sounds so indulgent 🙂
I tend to react badly to rose-scented products on my face, they are usually too perfumed and cause irritation.
