Ever watched the Oscars and felt really bad for all the nominees who didn’t end up snagging the win in their respective categories?
Well, that’s exactly what inspired Distinctive Assets founder, Lash Fary, to start making ‘Everyone Wins’ gift bags for the acting and directing nominees, as well as the ceremony’s presenter.
“It’s kind of a big disappointment when you don’t take that Oscar home — especially if it’s a tight race — like this race between Demi and Mikey. We don’t know who’s going to take it home, so regardless someone’s [going to] get some great stuff,” Lash told iHollywoodTV.
“My goal when I’m building this bag is that I go, ‘there’s some cool sh*t here that I would love to get if I were a celebrity’,” he told CNBC Make It.
“I don’t think you’re ever too rich or famous to get past that — especially when it’s so much fun stuff,” he explained.

What was in the ‘Everyone Wins’ Oscars Gift Bag in 2025?
“We’re giving them some amazing beauty products like we’ve got this brand new line of lip products from Petty Pout. It’s a perfect fusion of colour, hydration, and also sun protection, which I think is pretty fantastic,” Lash explained to iHollywoodTV.
But that’s not the only beauty-related swag in the gift bag.
Nominees with receive a selection of L’Oréal Paris skincare and hair products, and ILIA makeup. Not to mention, Miage Luxury Skin Care, INSTYTUTUM skincare products, and a $25,000 ArtLipo Voucher.
There’s also a $3,500 virtual wellness retreat from 3D Wellness Retreats and a $500 Function Health Membership. Plus, a five-night wellness retreat at Sri Lanka’s Santani for them to enjoy too. But the relaxing doesn’t end there — there’s a $5,200 vacation at Barcelona’s five-star Cotton House Hotel. As well as, a $23,000 stay at the JOALI Maldives resort on offer too. We can imagine that Michelle Yeoh‘s Wicked co-stars, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, are already planning a girl’s trip after receiving nominations in the ‘Best Actress’ and ‘Best Supporting Actress’ categories, respectively.
This year, the ‘Everyone Wins’ gift bag hopes to offer relief to the LA community, to support those dealing with the damage inflicted by the Californian wildfires. Allowing the nominees to pay it forward and aid those closest to them who lost their homes due to the natural disaster.
Nominees will receive a one-year membership to Bright Harbor personalised disaster recovery support. Plus, 10 memberships to give to friends and family, valued at $3,500 each. Additionally, there’ll be $50,000 worth of project management services from LA-based Maison Construction to utilise.
“[Maison Construction is] making their gift completely transferable,” Lash explained. “The nominees can give it to a friend or family member or neighbour, whoever might need it.”

I have to say that I have never had such an expensive gift bag. Pity I think I would have enjoyed checking it out.
Any of this would make a lovely treat – but do they all get it? I understand that other “gift bags” have items that can be claimed by a limited number of the recipients.
Wow, what a consolation prize
