Moisturiser’s

My face has become rather dry lately, but im prone to breakouts and havent been able to find a decent moisturiser for a reasonable price that doesn’t break me out.
Any suggestions would be lovely.

I second the recommendation for Cetaphil, it is just so moisturising without clogging up my pores!

I would like to try Avene. I’m pretty happy with my Olay at the moment, but I reckon I might give Avene a try one day. I’ve heard a lot of people rave about how lovely it is.
My mum has super sensitive skin and finds it really hard to find stuff to suit her. I bought her the Aloe range from The Body Shop, and she found it really suited her. But we stopped buying it cos they seem to have had a huge price rise lately. She is now using Cetaphil and loving it. It’s available just about everywhere and cheap. She is also using the body lotion, and has no adverse action at all.

Hi Eloise! I also have rather dry skin and am very prone to products causing me to break out. After a long time I actually discovered that my skin was reacting badly to silicones (eg. dimethecone, cyclomethicone etc) which are found in so many moisturisers and foundations. The only thing I can really use is old fashioned Nivea Creme (the one in the blue plastic tub). I may seem greasy, but used in moderation, I have found it to be my only real trusted stand-by, and the one I go back to after failing with another product. You may not have this same sensitivity, but I just thought it might be something for you to consider x

I’m Acne prone and I find Avene good. I also seriously love Nivea’s cream for sensitive skin. Hydrates without feeling greasy and never breaks me out.

The neutrogena one for oily skin works a treat and it’s super cheap 🙂

I would suggest to get some cetaphil moisturizing lotion from your local chemist it does not clog pores or skin irratitions great for sensitive skin. You can pick a big pump pack for about $15 which will last you ages.
