beautyheaven says:

L’Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil is a rich, yet non-greasy hair oil that adapts to your hair according to its specific needs, leaving it looking shiny and healthy and feeling soft to touch, without weighing it down. It’s formulated with a unique blend of six floral oil extracts, including lotus oil to nourish and protect the hair fibre; chamomile oil to restore shine and soften the hair; tiare flower oil to prevent dryness; dog daisy oil to restore vibrancy; rose oil to supply essential nutrients; and linseed oil for intense nourishment.

Our testers used L’Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil in multiple ways: as a daily serum on both dry and wet hair, as an intensive overnight treatment, as a flyaway fixer, and as a styling protector – and majority were thrilled with the results. Amongst other things, they particularly loved the oil’s lightweight formulation, how smooth, silky and manageable it made their hair, the subtle, floral smell and the luxe-looking bottle. Most testers found that a little went a long way with this hair oil, so it’s always best to start by using a small amount – especially if you’re taming flyaways – and then adding more to your hair if necessary.

“Both my daughter and myself trialled this oil for a few weeks…I have very thin – and thinning – dead straight hair that’s just below shoulder length…I found it made my hair wonderfully soft and not at all greasy…My daughter has long, thick wavy hair – not coloured and very healthy but also pretty unruly…it helped to smooth out her hair beautifully.” – Dee255. “Let me start by saying I love this product!! I have used a lot of hair oils in the past including some very expensive ones and this one is by far the best!! My hair gets oily at the roots and is very dry and damaged on the ends. This is the one product I have ever used that I have found makes a noticeable difference. It leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth and the damage on the ends of my hair looks so much better..” – renee.t. Read full review…
“Firstly, I adore it as a 10-minute mask (before washing my hair) as it leaves my hair super-silky, soft and shiny. Secondly, I use it before blow drying, when I want the ultimate straight and sleek look. It’s great for anti-frizz. And thirdly, it’s fabulous for any fly-aways. L’Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinaire Oil is light, nourishing, and so versatile. And I can highly recommend it!” – Elle09. Read full review…
“My favourite use and mostly used use would be as a frizz smoothing serum and styling treatment to prevent hair damage. I’d simply smooth over a pump sized amount over my damp hair and then begin to blow dry. The end results are amazing or should I say extraordinary. My hair looks glossy, shiny and healthy.” – Beauty Obsession. Read full review…
“This oil is amazing. I can’t believe how lovely my hair feels and looks. The scent is beautiful but still subtle. The oil doesn’t weigh done your hair. I’ve used it 2ways by putting in my hair prior to washing and then just before blow drying. I’ve found that I have less flyways. Love this.” – joburkey. Read full review…
