Olay’s new vitamin C range provides both chemical and physical face exfoliant options. The 5-in-1 facial scrubs are formulated to brighten, deeply clean, refresh, gently exfoliate and remove excess oil without stripping skin’s moisture barriers, while the 2-step Mask & AHA Peel provides an antioxidant rich at-home facial treatment.

Olay Vitamin C Resurfacing Treatment Mask + AHA Peel Serum Activator is formulated with vitamin C, AHA and niacinamide to resurface the skin and reveal radiance. Recommended to use 1-2 times per week, the resurfacing mask is applied first, followed by the AHA Peel Activator. Members described the mask as gritty in texture with an orange scent that majority found pleasant. When the activator was applied atop the mask, members reported a slight foaming action and warming of the skin, before washing off to reveal a fresher, smoother and brighter complexion.

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Caviar Lime Hydrating Facial Scrub is formulated with vitamin C to boost brightness, while bio-renewing hydrators nourish, and caviar lime essence reinvigorates the senses. Members described the scrub as a creamy-feeling cleanser with exfoliating beads. They reported that it provided a gentle exfoliating action that left skin hydrated. Many enjoyed the scent, commenting that it gave a refreshing sensorial experience.

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Dragon Fruit Pore-Purifying Facial Scrub is formulated with vitamin C to boost brightness, while non-stripping cleansers purify, and the antioxidant essence of dragon fruit feels like an escape to the tropics. Majority of members found the scrub to be effective at removing dead skin cells without being overly harsh on the skin. Those with combination skin in particular found it was excellent for refining the appearance of pores in trouble areas. The scent was described as ‘fruity’ and ‘uplifting’ by most, yet not overpowering.

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Black Charcoal Detoxifying Facial Scrub is formulated with vitamin C and black charcoal, the latter of which is known for detoxifying the skin and clearing away excess oil and shine. Described as a creamy light grey scrub, members found this product worked most effectively for oily and combination skin types to control oil production. The scent puzzled some members, however, ‘peppermint’ was the note picked up by most. The sleek packaging was described as ‘modern’ and many members were fond of the design.

Olay Vitamin C Resurfacing Treatment Mask + AHA Peel Serum Activator

“I used the olay vitamin c resurfacing mask & AHA peel for the first time and immediately noticed a difference in my skin upon rinsing them off. The resurfacing mask smells so delicious like an orange and gently exfoliates your skin, while also not being too harsh. I applied a generous amount of the AHA peel and gently massaged until all of the crystals from the resurfacing mask faded away and then rinsed it off as directed which left my skin feeling rejuvenated and extremely refreshed. My skin was sooo soft after using it and I found that when I applied makeup the next day, it looked smoother and lasted a lot longer than normal. ” –princessamba98. Read more reviews here…

“When the serum activator and treatment mask are rubbed together the little granules melt away and leaves your face feeling soft and smooth. Rinsed with water and my face felt devine! I use this 2 times a week and has made a difference in the texture of my skin. It is softer, has more of a glow and just smoother overall.” –ThisIsMeRead more reviews here…

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Caviar Lime Hydrating Facial Scrub

“I thought this must be similar like any other scrubs in the market, but it’s not. I love with the fresh smell of lime fragrance and also I like the texture of the scrub. It’s not to thick or too watery, just perfect for my combination skin. It easily rubs my face without feeling rough, and easy to rinse as well if all the residue.” –Rudy89. Read more reviews here…

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Dragon Fruit Pore-Purifying Facial Scrub

“I love that I can use it in the shower. There’s no mess and minimal effort required. The product itself is very gentle and works fabulously. I sometimes find other products to harsh and super gritty, but this has the right balance of removing dead skin without the feeling that I’d just scrubbed the top ten layers of skin off! This product leaves skin feeling really clean and glowing but still hydrated.” –rinsully. Read more reviews here…

Olay 5-in-1 Vitamin C Scrub Black Charcoal Detoxifying Facial Scrub

“I generally don’t like to use physical exfoliators as part of my daily skin care routine but I am genuinely impressed with this one. The granules are small so feels gentle on the skin and not at all abrasive. I have extremely oily, acne prone skin and felt the charcoal paired with the Vitamin C did a really good job of keeping my skin clear and brighter. I found my skin stayed oil-free for longer compared with other products I have tried.” –Faded. Read more reviews here…

  1. Love peels! But not buying olay as they have not answered yet my query to their strange ingredient list labeling practices (number of products: US , Canada vs Australia for example. Same product, same marketing… with very different ingredient listing!)
