Chrissy Teigen shares her strange blackhead-removing routine

There are few things in life as satisfying as removing a pore strip and seeing all the gunk you’ve just removed from your face. But model Chrissy Teigen, who’s known for keeping it (hilariously) real on social media, took pore strip removal satisfaction to a whole new level on Instagram recently.

In a series of Instagram Stories, Chrissy detailed her love for Bioré Deep Cleansing Pore Strips and her unusual routine for ripping out those pesky bits of dirt from her face.

“I like to pull these off, slowly, and then tilt them towards the light so I can see each little mountain, each tiny mountain. And then I like to take my finger and brush the blackheads to the side so I can see their length,” she said.

She even revealed that she has a specific routine for how she rips them off! “I take the strip and I fold it into quarters,” she said. “That concludes my story, entitled, ‘If Hannibal Lecter Loved Bioré Nose Strips.’ Thank you.”

Once again, Chrissy Teigen proves to be the most relatable celebrity on social media. As bizarre as this routine is, we also can’t deny that it sounds ridiculously satisfying.

  1. I’m guilty of this too haha. Its extremely satisfying to see those solid little lumps stuck to that paper and those clean little holes left on your nose. I’m trying 10-0-1 Volcanic Clay Nose, Chin and Forehead strips at the moment and they are not anywhere near as effective as the Biore ones. I won’t try them again. Next purchase will definitely be the Biore Charcoal strips. So long suckers!
