There are apps for your laptop which gradually reduce the blue light from your screen as it gets later in the day. I've been using one for around 6 months and can't live without it now. Makes a huge difference.

My daughter use to sleep with her phone and often with it on her ear, she has diminished hearing now but they said it could have been due to the phone

Interesting as blue light can keep you awake at night...So this does make sense... Also, scrolling mindlessly at night can keep you up and cause bags the next day... Ha ha!!!

That's not an issue for me because I hardly use my mobile phone and miss half of the calls or messages that come through because I don't carry my phone around with me or check it often enough.
