I was given this for Christmas (a nice hint!) and was looking forward to giving it a go. The packaging is nice, and easy to open pot. The cream itself seems nice and creamy and like its going to deliver good moisture to the eye area, unfortunately, when I applied this it stung, and turned my eyes red. I didn't put it too close to the actual eye, nor use too much so I can only conclude the actual product has some harsh harsh chemicals in it - not sure I would want to put them on my face on a regular basis anyway then!
Went straight in the bin unfortunately as I'm sure the person who got it for me spent a bit on it as its Clinque. A complete miss from me.

Got a 5ml tub of this in Clinique’s ‘Beauty Sleep in a Box’ as a gift from a friend. I took no offence at the gift as I have serious sleep disorders meaning I often look like I haven’t slept, because i haven’t

So how did i find it?

I’m not a huge fan of the tub format, as it means you need something disposable to take out what you need (‘coz you don’t want to potentially add germs each ime you scoop some out).

Other than that I like it. Has no discernible smell and cause no reaction to my sensitive skin.

This product is so good for daily use as it's nice and light and not thick like some other eye creams. It sinks in really quickly without any leftover greasiness so is good for day use or under makeup! it gives you that good tight feeling almost feels like its lifting your eyes.

I suffer from severe dark circles and decided to spend some coin and try this eye cream. The thing I loved about this was the texture of the product, it was soo silky and when I applied it under my eyes it felt soo smooth and soft. It did moisture my under eye area quite well. However it stops there after a few months using this I didn’t notice any change in my dark circles.

This comes in a plastic pot with a screw top lid and is made in the UK. It is a pale beige gel-cream with a mild but nice fresh scent (fragrance is not listed in the ingredients, but there are lots of plant extracts that could be giving this scent). It has a host of lovely ingredients like mulberry extract, caffeine, green tea and cholesterol but it also contains petrolatum and several silicones including dimethicone.

When applied to my skin it sits there for a good long while in a greasy slick, it doesn't absorb readily (and my skin is normal to dry and I'm in my 40's) so I can't use it in the day time before makeup application as I don't have the time to sit and wait for it to absorb. I tend to use it at night time as like a sleeping mask for my eyes. I will say however that when it does absorb it doesn't leave my skin feeling hydrated, it feels if anything a little dry, maybe that's the caffeine?

Do I like it, yes, do I love it, no. I will use it up (I have several pots from GWP deals) but I certainly would not go out of my way to buy it. I don't know what the rich version is like, but as this one is so oily and greasy I can't imagine the rich version!

I came across this eye cream when I received a deluxe sample in a gift with purchase from Clinique. It is lovely and hydrating for the delicate eye area, particularly as my eyes are easily irritated by products close to the area. I found it had quite a nice cooling property, and the cream/gel consistency melts into the skin easily.

I do think there are other eye creams of comparable quality at a lower price point, however I recommend this one specifically for it's non-irritating formula.

I love this eye cream, I have received it in gift with purchase packs over the years. The entire all about eyes range is great. This one is a nice, hydrating gel type formula which absorbs quickly into the under eye area. I only need to use a tiny amount which I gently tap into the area with my ring finger to make my eyes feel lovely and hydrated. I use it at night, but I have also used it during the day, and successfully under makeup with no issues. I would definitely repurchase this lovely product.

I do like this product, it ticks most of the boxes in terms of what i am looking for in an eye cream. BUT it is on the pricey side, i feel like there are other eye creams on the market that do the same thing at a lower price. I feel it is better for day use other night use as it is not quite thick enough for night time use which is what i look for in an eye cream.

I have been using this eye cream for a while now (currently on my third pot) and I apply this at night time to the area underneath my eye and any residue is applied to my brow bone.

I haven't noticed any reduction in dark circles under my eyes but I have noticed my eyes are not as puffy in the morning.

You only need a small amount of this product which is a bonus, it is a pot though (without an applicator) so be sure to wash your hands prior to applying.

In saying that, for the price I probably wouldn't continue buying as I find I don't really get any results from the product (to date all products have been a gift)
