bh's Rosie's sensitive skin saviours
Hands up if you have sensitive skin? It’s not the most fun thing in the world, is it? I know many of you also suffer from irritation, so I thought I’d share my top three sensitive skin saviours in the video above.
Want to save our video for later? No worries - check out my top three products for sensitive skin below…
CLEANSER
The Dermalogica UltraCalming Cleanser instantly calms my skin thanks to ingredients such as raspberry, lavender and cucumber extracts. The formula has a gel-like texture and smooths onto the skin really easily. It’s so gentle, it can even be used on eyes, and it’s great for removing make-up.
SERUM
After cleansing, I apply the Avène Hydrance Optimale Hydrating Serum all over my face to soothe and calm my skin. It relieves my skin instantly, and due to its high concentration of thermal spring water, it really does lock in moisture. Relief and hydration in the one product? Yes, please!
MOISTURISER
I tend to get an oily t-zone during the day, so I finish off my routine with this oil-free moisturiser: the Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Sensitive Skin. It’s gentle, irritant-free and doesn’t clog my pores. But above all, it’s super light and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and relieved.

In general I find fragrance free products suit my super sensitive skin more than those with fragrances.

My skin is prone to redness & is definitely sensitive to harsh ingredients. I'm currently using a gorgeous moisturiser from Nuxe for sensitive skin & it's working really well

Brands like Sukin, Antipodes and Organic oils like Argan and Jojoba have really saved my sensitive skin. Keeping hydrated, sun protected and getting enough sleep also helps calm inflammation. Also soothing masks are a real savoir too!
