    Trilogy Balancing Gel Cleanser is a naturally aromatic cleanser that reduces dryness and irritation and leaves skin feeling soft, fresh and clean skin. With extracts of elderberry and comfrey, this wash is suitable for skin that is dry and sensitive on the cheeks but oily on the T-zone, nose and forehead. When activated by water, this purifying cleanser transforms to free the skin from all impurities, neutralises hard water, leaving skin feeling super-clean, without stripping or causing dehydration. Pure plant extracts of aloe vera and cucumber give a refreshing, toning effect and echinacea, mandarin and honey help balance difficult skin.

    cleans well

    I keep this tube of balancing Gel cleanser in the shower, I find it very gentle. The tube is great, just take the screw top off and squeeze a small amount on. I use this product after I have microdermabrasion done, because it is so gentle on my skin. I keep it in the shower. It is easy to use foams nicely and makes my skin feel clean, but not tight.

    Any Tips?: 
    Use in the shower, especially if you need a gentle face wash

    Great for teenage skin or acne prone

    This is part of the great range Trilogy boasts as one of the best gentle organic brands for acne prone skin. Team this with the Balancing Lotion and you're set for soothing irritated acne prone skin. I like this cleanser not to remove makeup but to soothe the skin that is flaring up. I have used this while keeping it in the fridge then using it in the shower

    Refreshed

    I'm an obsessed with this brand but especially this cleanser, I like a cleanser to be simple , smooth , cleansing and refreshed and that is exactly what this is . I'm exicted to wash my face every day because of this product and it does leave my skin feeling dry just squeezy clean .also the size bottle is amazing and I feel I get really good value for my money for it aswell. Highly recommend

    Perfect for my combination skin!

    Trilogy was my first introduction to natural skincare two years ago. Within the first week of using Trilogy Balancing gel cleanser, I noticed a big difference to my skin. It is very balancing as it cleansed my skin well without completely drying it out like other gel cleansers have done. I found using this cleanser was enough to remove light makeup.

    It comes in a plastic tube, not sure if it's just mine but the lid doesn't seem to securely close properly so watch out when you're bringing this when travelling. There is a scent but not too overpowering.

    I will definitely be using this product again as I haven't found another as good as this!

    Any Tips?: 
    As it comes in a plastic tube, a little harder to control the amount of product that comes out. A little goes a long way and a pea size is more than enough.

    Nice consistency, great oily skin cleanser

    I currently use this day and night.
    I have oily skin (possibly more combo in winter) and this gives me a good cleanse without the tight feeling that some cleansers designed for oilier skins do. It wont dry you out, but is very light and soothing. I find that if rubbed into the palms you can get a very light foam out of this but it is mostly a gel. It may not be enough to take off a full face of makeup at night, however.

    My skin is also looking a lot clearer lately (ive had a few comments), but I change up my routine a lot so I'm not sure I can tie that down to just one products' doing.

    Any Tips?: 
    I would do a 2nd cleanse if taking off your makeup or combining this with a gentle makeup remover.

    Just OK

    I used this for a few months until the bottle ran out as I wanted to really test it but it didn't seem to do the trick for me. I still had a breakout of pimples which I didnt always get with other cleansers Ive used and my skin didnt have the clean feeling either. I guess this one just wasn't for me.

    My savior! (needs better packaging)

    Be careful with the tube to avoid wastage.Remove makeup particularly mascara with a separate makeup remover/wipe first.

    I am currently in awe of trilogy's products and this cleanser works in perfect harmony with the rest of my trilogy skincare.It's scent and texture is divine.It is light and very refreshing and has significantly reduced the oil production in my t-zone which has been the bane of my existence eversince.My skin is not breaking out anymore!As soon as I rinse it, my skin is thoroughly clean and glows with freshness.Since it's so gentle,it doesn't strip the natural oils of my skin at all and has helped relieve the ocassional dry patches I get on my chin.It works like an instant pick me up for me skin.I recommend removing makeup before using this cleanser especially foundation and mascara.It doesn't lather up like your average cleanser but spreads nicely on damp skin.However, the tube is difficult to use and causes a lot of wastage.I wish they come up with a pump bottle!

    Refreshing yet nourishing!

    It's so great for those with combo/pimple prone yet sensitive skin ppl! It's not harsh, so it wont strip off any natural oils your skin needs to retain, yet it adds benefits!

    Any Tips?: 
    If those who prefer a "minty" feel when cleansing, this is it! It has that really cool yet fresh feel afterwards! however, it does come with a price tag haha!

    Nice and gentle

    This was one of the first Trilogy products I ever bought, and it was a good purchase. It's very cleansing without leaving the skin dry, and unlike some products you don't have to use very much of it to get results. I've come across gel cleansers by other natural skincare brands that leave the skin feeling dry and irritated, but this provides the perfect balance. I'd recommend this for anyone with normal to combination/oily skin.

    This is a fantastic gel cleanser that is made with all natural ingredients.

    This is a fantastic gel cleanser that is made with all natural ingredients. The smell is quite unique - the most prominent smell I could distinguish was that of aloe vera. It does not leave my skin feeling tight or dry, it just leaves it feeling clean and refreshed. The gentle formula even works overtime to remove makeup! Definitely recommended to all.

    Perfect for combination/sensitive skin

    I am currently having a love affair with Trilogy and their gorgeous organic skincare. As my skin is quite sensitive I normally use their Cream Cleanser but received this product as a free sample so thought I would give it a try. It has a lovely natural scent that is very refreshing and left my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed and glowing without any tightness. As it comes in a tube rather than a pump I found it a bit difficult to control how much gel came out...hoping Trilogy will change its packaging to be the same as the Cream Cleanser. Used in conjunction with my other favourites, Organic Rosehip Oil and Energizing Facial Lotion this product is a real winner!

    Refreshing and hard working

    A brilliant gel cleanser that offers a quality alternative to chemical filled products. The smell is quite unique and the formula offers clean and refreshed skin and it even works overtime and removes makeup well. An important note on makeup removing is to ensure this cleanser doesn't come into contact with your eyes. I once got a little close to my eye and boy did it sting.

    My only fault with this product was that it didn't completly agree with my skin. Whilst using this cleanser I found that I would often get a stinging sensation when washing my face. Apart from my incompatibility with this great product is still easily deserves four stars.
