Gentle Skin Cleanser Reviews

This is a very nice gentle cleanser. Free from fragrance and very mild. It is has a nice silky texture and feels very nice on my skin. I found it didn't remove all makeup but it feel lovely. I find if I am having breakouts or if I am getting more pimples on my arms or legs I tend to use it more to clean and help clear up my skin.

This is a staple in my shower and is used purely for cleansing my face.

I love the pump lid as it makes it super easy and convenient to disperse the product from the bottle. A couple of pumps is all I need to cleanse my face thoroughly. I have been pairing this with a cleansing brush to get that deeper cleanse. The product doesn't foam obviously because it's not a foaming cleanser, but it still works well with the cleansing brush.

I cannot recommend this product enough as the formulation has no scent which therefore is super gentle on my skin. I have had no irritations using this product ever. I do find it works with balancing out my skin levels. I have never had any reactions or pimples form form using this cleanser, so it goes to show how gentle it is.

I will continue purchasing this!!

So I had unfortunate adult acne once I moved to the big smoke from the country. It was crazy and to make matters worse I used every lotion and potion I could, ending up with a chemical burn from a harsh scrub. A doctor recommended Cetaphil and my skin improved out of sight from then on. I used it in the shower and as a makeup remover and still use it years later. It is gentle enough for my acne and strong enough for the loads of makeup I would use to cover my acne!

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser is a really good cleanser that works to remove make-up, daily oils and grime. Can be used on normal or sensitive skin. Apply first then remove with a face washer. Its pretty much smell free. It comes in a handy pump bottle 100ml size. It doesn't irritate the skin. My skin felt softer after use and looked good.

Cetaphil cleanser is my favourite .. it is not fragranced... light weight ... can be used by any skin type ... removes makeup and dirt leaving skin hydrated and clean to absorb moisture and serum... a very good quantity goes a long way at a very good price ... i love it u can use it on daily basis

I received a deluxe sample of the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. This cleanser can be used for face or body, however I used it as a body cleanser. I don't have any special skin needs apart from dry skin which is not sensitive. This is recommended by dermatologists and paediatricians however frankly I'm not sure why. Yes it has a short ingredients list however it also contains SLS and three types of parabens. All ingredients we tend to avoid nowadays! I have included the full ingredients list below.

I chose to use this on my body and it did a proper job of it however there isn't really anything to tempt me to buy this. I think there's much better products on the market for sensitive skin without the nasty ingredients.

I was recommended this cleanser by my dermatologist when I began treatment for my acne using roaccutane as she said I “wasn’t to use anything harsh” I used it and felt it did nothing for my skin. In fact it actually dried it out more. I am not someone who likes a squeaky clean feeling g after washing my face but I like to be able to feel my skin is clean and balanced after cleansing and found this did neither. The ingredients aren’t gentle at all if you research them, one of which is sodium lauryl sulfate, an incredibly harsh foaming agent. This I wouldn’t be concerned about on my body but on my face...no thank you. I have since found out the reason dermatologists recommend it are that it’s fragrance free (many alternatives are though) and because medical doctors are said (not fact) to be linked to the manufacturer through monetary related schemes. If you want a good basic cleanser I would go for something like the alpha h balancing cleanser, the Natio rose water cream cleanser or even make your own cleansing oil with your choice of an oil mix for people with dry skin.

This is a staple in my bath. I have dry sensitive skin and this does not dry it further like many other cleansers. This is my go to cleanser for face and body during winters. It is a basic no fuss unscented cleanser leaving skin moiturized. It does not give you the squiky clean feel either which is what I want for my very dry skin. It does get rid of light makeup but would recommend using a wash cloth or use a makeup remover before using this. You get so much product for such little price and i have never had any allergic reaction to it. I would recommend this cleanser for sensitive skin.

this in an absolute necessity in my skin care routine, i honestly don't think i could go without it now. first of all you get such a big quantity of the product for a decent price, and it will last you such a long time ( i use everyday and has lasted me months) and still at least half full. it is a light consistency and removes all makeup and dirt. love love love
