Thanks Okatko, Sparkles, Indie and possibly others.

Aus post had delivery issues so our lovely Eleni helped sort it out for me and also gave me 2 extra days for submitting the Xeracalm review.

For me, the spot treatment on itchy spots seems to work right away at times and at other times it takes up to 30 minutes or so. I don’t know if most people have the patience to wait 30 minutes for the itch to calm down. The only reason I did was because I was already in bed and I didn’t want to get out of bed to get the steroid ointment coz its so cold. So yea, I just distracted myself browsing on my phone and gradually the itch calmed down.

I found a cute video of product demo by Avene lol she’s cute: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGRt0eLkRpo

My thoughts – the cream is very hydrating, though it does a take a few minutes to sink in. The level of hydration it’s provided has kept my dry skin at bay which will help prevent eczema flare ups.
When I put it on an itchy patch it didn’t help calm the itch, after about 30 minutes I had to apply my steroid cream for relief.

I did have an issue getting the cream out of the bottle, there was some glue covering the hole and eventually I had to pierce a hole with a knife to get the pump to work.
