I also do a fair amount of exercise. I have very dry skin and soap and the like irritate my skin.

Yeah I like the way a body wash works with a pouf.
I’m using the Bioderma oil wash at the moment from the RR and it smells so beautiful – it’s not too strong and has a softish sort or scent to it. I also love Molton Brown shower gels (and apparently so does the Queen!!).

I think I would feel like something sweet to eat after I used that in the shower. Not a bad thing really! Vanilla always makes me feel hungry!
Yeah there are some really great brands out there these days.
My hubby likes bar soap too. We have both things in our shower recess.
It works really well and keep odour in check
These thing last me forever because I always end up reaching for the soap bar.
