These Are The Best Products For Fading Stubborn Acne Scars

Remember when getting rid of the actual pimple was the hardest part? Oh, we didn’t know how lucky we were. But the moment we think we’ve gotten rid of our acne and are confident enough to pick up a tinted moisturiser instead of foundation, we’re greeted by the little reminders it’s left behind. Often, acne scars appear in the form of discolouration and textural marks, or if you’ve popped one a little too hard, a stubborn purple spot with no plans to leave.

Scarring isn’t always caused by poorly managed pimples; sometimes our blemishes are so large, angry, and deep that however we treat them, they’ll leave a mark. But alhough avoiding acne scars (in certain circumstances) may be impossible, fading and repairing them isn’t.

With the right lineup of products in your arsenal, you can address minor textural imperfections and fade discolouration caused by acne. For the products you needed to be using yesterday, keep scrolling…

  1. I love DermalMD Acne Serum! I have oily skin and get cystic acne around my chin, and using this serum has made a huge difference in my complexion. It did take a couple days for my skin to get used to it, but I didn’t have any redness or irritation. I highly recommend if you have stubborn acne. It’s also slowly helping with some hyper pigmentation, but have yet to see a huge change there.

  2. I have some acne scars from a current acne breakout. I don’t own or have tried any of the products listed but I think there may be some products in my stash I’m hoping may help reduce my acne scarring.
