#1: Lancome Advanced Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate
This serum is iconic, and our members agree – as if it wasn’t already amazing enough, the brand recently updated the formula with a new complex of seven pre and probiotic fractions to help activate visible signs of youthful skin. We’re big fans.
Reviewers said: "This is a unique serum with a hydrating, non-oily texture. Firstly, one of my favourite things about this serum is the clever and hygienic packaging and dispenser, that seems to dispense the right amount of serum each time. It doesn't cause any irritation and I find it actually soothes and smooths my skin when it is slightly irritated. It's quite pricey, but considering you only need a few drops each time, one bottle does end up lasting a few months." – dramsay82

I can't believe I've used 8 out of the 10 mentioned serums. My favourite day time serum is still the L'Oreal Age Perfect Golden Age Serum, and I also like the Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Repairing Serum for night, plus the NIVEA Hyaluron Cellular Filler.

I'm using Serum quite regularly but am wondering whether it is really necessary. I love the feel when it it applied but does it really make such a different to the skin? Maybe I am using the wrong serums for my skin type.....I just don't know.

I've used it all. Great products, all of them are right choices. But there is a one thing I realised through the years - there is no magic cream, serum, etc... What works for me may not be working for you, that thing is sure! Recetnly I stopped spending so much money on creams and balms and started using LED therapy face mask. Everywhere on the internet is said that this masks stimulates the fibroblast that is responsible for collagen production.Even celebrities like Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, Kardashians and many other have said that these masks are the reason for their flawless skin! So I've been using it 3 months now and it actually works! My skin has never been so firm and even before. I turned 49 this year and got this mask as a present form me to me. I am going to put a link with the model I am using, so you can take a look if you want. What I like the most about this model is that it covers the neck area, as well, which is a problem area for me. Make your own research and decide which mask is best for you. I am sharing this here because LED therapy is very underrated in my opinion, but gives the best results. Thanks to it I rejuvenated my skin and saved a lot of money from skin products! I am so in love with the Kiehl's Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate. It made my skin glowing. I use it twice daily, after cleansing and toning. It has a neutral scent and does a great job at helping with fine lines and discoloration.

I used Kiehl's vitamin c serum and it did wonders for my acne scars and my dry skin. My skin has been glowing since I started using this. I use it twice daily. It's my magic serum!

I love a good serum, the key is finding a few that target your issues amongst the thousands on the market. BH has always been my go-to for reviews - yep I'm the one standing in the aisles of Priceline or Myer or while I'm online - checking out the product reviews before I purchase.

I have tried the Lancome Genefique one and didn't get the hype of it. Honestly, it didn't do much for my skin. I am keen on trying other recommended products on the list.

Me too. Only really just started to use them due to ageing drying skin. I think it's safer to stick to oils as I have super sensitive skin. Any suggestions for a good sensitive friendly serum?
