Dragon’s Blood Deep Wrinkle Filler Reviews

I've never took up smoking which is why I was so dismayed to see rather deep creases developing between my nose and upper lip as if I had been a smoker for most of my life. Admittedly, I attribute these to pursing my lips regularly because in my family, kissing is a sign of affection imparted on family and friends. Even a quick “peck on the cheek” to greet or farewell requires pursing of the lips and after years of doing this, no wonder the creases start to become ingrained. Apart from these, I also have what I call “dimple wrinkles”, formed due to me smiling a lot and having deep dimples. I tend to be a happy and light-hearted person because I see no point in taking life too seriously.

When I received the Skin Physics Dragon's Blood Advanced Formula Deep Wrinkle Filler, I read on the outer box that it contains “Munapsys, clinically proven to reduce the appearance of expression lines and deeper wrinkles” so I was very interested to see if this indeed was true.

This product is packaged in a 20ml plastic red tube with a plastic, silver toned screw cap lid. The nozzle applicator is unique in that it silver metal ball through which the cream is dispensed when the tube is squeezed.

The deep wrinkle filler cream is a buff colour and has a mild, pleasant floral fragrance which seems to dissipate on application. I used this product both morning and night after cleansing my face and prior to my application of moisturiser. I specifically targeted the dimple wrinkles on my lower cheeks and the creases above my upper lip. Being of a medium consistency, the product applied smoothly with metal ball applicator which felt cold on contact of my skin. It absorbed into my skin well and as the product dried, I felt a tightening of the skin in those areas. I am pleased to report that never throughout the trial did I have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients contained in this product. I would give this product sufficient time to absorb into my skin before applying my moisturiser.

As claimed on the outer box, this product does appear to give an instant lifting effect after 30 minutes. On Day 1, this didn't last long before the depth of my wrinkles reverted back to the depth that they were before. However, the longer I used this product the more I noticed the overall depth of my wrinkles lessening such that after nearly 6 weeks of use the creases above my upper lip have practically disappeared. Even the depth of my dimple wrinkles have been reduced up to 80%.

I am very pleased with this result as I didn't expect this product to reduce the creases above my upper lip so well that the surface there now appears smooth. I feel that years of my life have been wiped away from just this one area being crease free.

Unlike other brands of wrinkle fillers that fills the surface of wrinkles from the outside so the effect is only temporary, Skin Physics Dragon's Blood Advanced Formula Deep Wrinkle Filler plumps up the skin from within. This is the reason why with prolonged use expression lines and deeper wrinkles start to decrease until just the lines of deeper wrinkles remain resulting in overall smoother skin surface.

I'm not sure if once I stop using this product, my dimple wrinkles and upper lip creases will gradually return. All I can say is that I'm very happy with the effectiveness of this product at reducing my expression lines and deeper wrinkles now.
