How to: prevent neck sagging
Thanks to ageing and gravity, the chance of developing sagging skin on your neck is, well, inevitable.
But it’s not all doom and gloom - while we can’t stop ageing, we can slow down the process of developing sagging skin on the neck.

TRICK #1: Extend your skin care routine.
Apply products on your neck and décolletage so you’re giving the whole area the opportunity to benefit from targeted anti-ageing skin care ingredients.
TRICK #2: Wear SPF.
We put so much emphasis on protecting the face from the sun’s rays, but the neck gets just as much sun exposure. It’s vital to use an SPF to help prevent sun damage and premature ageing.
TRICK #3: Do neck exercises.
Sit up straight and tilt your head back until you feel a slight stretch at the front of the neck. Hold for five seconds, release, then repeat 10 times. This will help keep muscles firm as well as fight the pull of gravity.
Top tip: Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, and avoid any dramatic weight loss.
